Service has been good every time I've been there. The young people working are knowledgeable about their product and can answer ingredients questions (such as dairy or lactose free, etc). Incidentally they do have lactose free milk options but not dairy free (you can get tea without any milk if you'd prefer). The original bobas have been just a touch chewy and couple times, but the last 3 times I've been there, the original bobas have been really soft--sooo good! I've liked everything...read full review
Our boba drinks were delicious. My son loves the popping bubbles. I always go with strawberry milk tea but I plan on trying to coffee milk tea with popping coffee bubbles next. They have a cute little sitting section if you are looking to sit and chat while you have a drink.

Fast service and a decent selection of teas to choose from. I ordered the Almond Milk Tea with Tapioca. The Tapioca boba was hard. Looking forward to coming back and trying some of the other tea options.
