I arrived and placed a mobile order at 1:09pm. At 1:29pm, I went inside to see what was going on. I found my order sitting on the counter. I asked the cashier for my drinks and she handed me four cups. Ice machine was out of ice. I asked an employee if a manager was available and she said she was a manager. I explained that I placed my order 20 minutes ago and not only did nobody bring it out, but it had been sitting on the counter. She told me I could touch the fries and...read full review
When you are out of tea, broken machine, and I express that I cannot drink soda, the correct response would be, “can we give you your money back?”. However, that was not offered so I walked out without anything to drink and I paid you a dollar. Thank you very much.
Went to this store after having a horrible experience at the 82nd street store. Alas, the staff was very pleasant, but they messed up my order and my wife had to go back and correct it. So, this experience came on the heels of an even worse one. I think I’m just done with McDonald’s.
