Today my wife was in a car accident and I was unable to pick up my order timely. The Monical’s staff went above and beyond and remade my order when I was able to arrive and comped what was needing paid for still. Food was great as always and I really appreciate the service here!

DISAPPOINTED!
Admittedly, Monical's is not one of our goto places, so we are not regulars. However, I would say that we were always satisfied with the food for the 4 or 5 times a year that we would go. That is until now. The first surprise was the $40+ bill for a medium pizza and 6 pepperoni rolls. Maybe I am living with outdated expectations, but the price seems very high for what we got. Took the food home. When we opened the box, it was obviously overcooked and dry. Definitely a waste of my money. I am not sure how a place can charge unreasonable and noncompetitive prices for subpar food and expect to remain in business.

I been coming for several years, it's usually always good, but I was there on Wednesday July 10th 2024,for the buffet, we got there around 11:30,there were 3 half pizzas, cool and dried out,it took about 15 minutes to get fresh ones added, that being said they were slaughtered bother attending customers, needless to say we were kinda forced to eat the same pizza, ( the ones that were less desired for the toppings ) after another 20 minutes or so ,we asked when they would be bringing out more pizza, we were told they were just put in the oven because they had a lot of pick up orders, well needless to say we left due to the limited time we have for lunch, we thought that it would be quicker to buffet, probably should take care of the Patrons that pay $ 13,each to eat ,rather than ones who take out...especially when you offer a buffet, it shouldn't get so low on pizza,as to have to wait that long...I like the food, but this time and a few others were not up to expectations,,,sorry to state the review but my 2 colleagues and I think it should be brought to attention...we just felt slightly that the food was not enough for the many Patrons that were there also waiting and murmuring about the selection...thanks

Monical's has the best pizza hands down. We have no problem driving 2 hours just to enjoy their pizza!
The service was exemplary and the food was as expected for Monical's. However, they're severely understaffed and it's impacting cleanliness in all areas of the restaurant -- tables, bathrooms, floors, etc. Do better, ownership.
