Today my wife was in a car accident and I was unable to pick up my order timely. The Monical’s staff went above and beyond and remade my order when I was able to arrive and comped what was needing paid for still. Food was great as always and I really appreciate the service here!
I been coming for several years, it's usually always good, but I was there on Wednesday July 10th 2024,for the buffet, we got there around 11:30,there were 3 half pizzas, cool and dried out,it took about 15 minutes to get fresh ones added, that being said they were slaughtered bother attending customers, needless to say we were kinda forced to eat the same pizza, ( the ones that were less desired for the toppings ) after another 20 minutes or so ,we asked when they would...
The service was exemplary and the food was as expected for Monical's. However, they're severely understaffed and it's impacting cleanliness in all areas of the restaurant -- tables, bathrooms, floors, etc. Do better, ownership.
