We sat in a booth, springs need to be replaced. They had burned the biscuits and cut the bottoms off of them. So they were way overdone. Two of us ordered water which were small cups. We had to constantly try and flag down our waitress to get them refilled. I personally like to salt my own meal. My potatoes were way too salty. Food is usually better than this. Will try again.
I started going to Original Pancake house in 1970's in Illinois. Then in Arizona, California, and been to this one in Fishers a few times with family that lives here.
Everything was great except your padded seats aren't padded anymore. They are all springs and very, very uncomfortable. I know everything is expensive now, but I am serious when I say my husband moved a bit and you could hear the spring make that cartoon "Boing:" noise. It was loud. Everything...
We were just passing through, but would drive all the way back. Best gluten free pancakes I've had and the cherry sauce was mouth wateringly delicious. My husband had the sweet pepper omelette that was slathered in delicious salsa and more sour cream than he could eat- it was so good! The coffee was great and our server was a hoot! We'd go back just to visit her again! Two thumbs way up from both of us!
