Paradise Shaved Ice & Ice Cream Shop - Fishers, IN

Stopped by here 3 different times to get grape shaved ice for a friend with cancer, during 'business hours', and they were closed all 3 times. Won't try again. Found a place at Ft Ben that has earned my business for life!

Teach your staff what a pint is not 3 scoops for $8 was there on 9/13/2025 @ 3:51 pm.

The store gave me a refund for the 3 scoop pint. Good luck to your business.

The dole whip here is AMAZING!! They have several different flavors and can even twist them together. The watermelon dole whip is probably my #1 favorite! They also had pineapple, strawberry, mango, pomegranate, cherry. They rotate flavors so there are even more that could be rotated in. A one of a kind experience! They also have hard scooped ice cream and snow cones available if you are looking for something more traditional. Ohh and they have soft serve ice cream!

Took my daughter and her friend in. They got to sample a couple before they made up their mind and the guy serving was really nice. Gave us a free magnet. The flavors were tasty too.

Went in tonight with the kiddos. I have 2 lactose intolerant family members. It’s so nice to have a bunch of dairy free options. They have fruit soft serves, shaved ice, and even oat milk chocolate chip cookie dough. I had the coffee house cookies and cream. It was amazing!

The best part of our visit was the service. Their was a teen/young adult gentleman who was so warm and friendly and so patient with our bigger group. He rocked

It could be a good spot, but unfortunately the quality and service was extremely lacking - especially for the high prices. Having only one person working during a Saturday evening in the summertime is not at all efficient nor pleasant for the guests or the person working… the servings are very small for the price, makes you feel like you’re getting ripped off.

Went today 6/25/2024 around 7:30PM. It was very clean place. The have a variety of flavors! The guy working the counter was super nice. Definitely will be going again

Decent snowcone, I like that it is a storefront and not a stand outside.
