What a wonderful experience at Paris Banh Mi in Fishers!

Paris Banh Mi has a good amount of space and a large menu with plenty of options. The food felt authentic and reminded us of what we had in Vietnam. The grilled pork Banh Mi and the special vermicelli were our favorites—both were delicious!
The atmosphere could have been better, though. The tables weren’t cleared promptly, and there were quite a few flies around, which was irritating when you’re trying to enjoy a meal peacefully.

The banh mi sandwiches were pretty good. I could have used more jalapeno on mine. It was reasonably priced though. Service was a little slow.

Paris Bánh Mì Cafe & Bakery is a restaurant with a good amount of space and a large menu with plenty of options. The food felt authentic and reminded one of what they had in Vietnam. The steak pho was absolutely delicious, and everything tasted incredibly fresh with a broth packed with flavor. The Pho Tai Nam was so flavorful and good. The grilled pork Banh Mi, the special vermicelli, the banh mi Dac Biet, the Grilled Pork /bahn mi thit nuong, the lemongrass banh mi, the shrimp and pork spring rolls, and the best vegetarian Bahn mi were all favorites. The raspberry lemon drop cake was AMAZING, and the cheesecake, artichoke tea, iced coffee, lychee fruit tea, pina colada boba, and taro boba are also available. The customer service was so warm, welcoming, and genuinely thoughtful, and the people here were great. The café itself is exceptionally clean, comfortable, and inviting, with great music playing in the background. Even the bathrooms were spotless and smelled wonderful. However, the atmosphere could have been better, as the tables weren’t cleared promptly and there were quite a few flies around. Overall, it is a great addition to the yard.
