I ordered food last night from Portillo's in Fishers to be delivered from DoorDash. The order was confirmed and showed in preparation. Then I waited, and waited, and waited so long that FOUR Dashers gave up. The fifth one talked to a manager at my request, they gave a lame excuse that the order had been prepared and taken by someone else, which I don't believe because the DoorDash app shows when your food has been prepared, which never happened. I think it’s absolutely insane the drive though cannot accept cash or a person isn’t allowed to pay with cash at the drive through window. Not everyone has a card on them at all times, let alone always able to get out of the car due to an injury to go inside and order something. If Culver’s can figure it out, pretty sure you can too! Total customer service turn off—- and definitely not meeting the needs of all your customers!
My wife just found a 2" piece of rubber band in her Salad. Pay attention to WTF you are doing!
