I have been coming to this location for several years and in the last 6 months or so, while using the drive-thru, I have to ask for a stopper and a sleeve every time I come and order a hot drink. I can only assume that when giving a hot drink to someone in a car, it would be standard to provide both to avoid spills and possible injury. Please do better when asking for your tips!
The only Starbucks in 20 years of living in the local community to charge for water. I always tip, don’t typically patronize the stores unless I’m traveling in airports, but have never had a suggestion of purchase for water with a heat index over 90. Not worth the stop.
Service was exceptional. Drinks were delicious! The guy at the window was patient and helpful. My girlfriend loved the positive comments and cute stickers that were on our drinks :)
