Great service no wait time and they got the order right. I got the meal chips and drink and they gave me a free cookie! Maybe the new people working here have turned this place around it was delicious food a great sandwich sub!!

I came here on my lunch break and the two ladies completely screwed up my sandwich. They used the wrong bread after I clarified twice, they put about an inch thick of cheese on it, then they proceeded to drench it in mayonnaise without even asking me what sauce I wanted on it. Whenever it gets busy, they yell to the back for one of their co workers. Terrible service and employees.

We showed up at 8:45 pm.and they had already closed the doors for the night. It wasn't 9:00 pm yet, and she had already closed the doors. Then she saw us standing at the door and purposely ignored us. It was not closing time yet. We have been at this location before, but since she prevented us from having dinner tonight, we will never go back to this location again.

Ordered Uber Eats. There was so much mayo on all 3 sandwiches we couldn’t eat them. Also none of the sandwiches had tape to close them and the bag was not closed shut so no one delivering it could get in the food.

There was an olive pit in the sandwich, almost broke my tooth. If I broke my tooth though it would’ve been the easiest lawsuit of my life.

Sandwich makers do not even read the online order descriptions (order places through Subway app), none of the extra things I asked and paid for are in the sandwich. Worst service I received, stay away from here!

Ordered online a grilled chicken foot long sub on 14th with a 10% tip added. When I picked up it was just the bread with grilled chicken. No vegetables or sauces. I had specifically added vegetables for sure and had opted for Sriracha sauce. Their service used to be very good last year. But when I came to pick up the guy over there seem not interested, and asked me to show the proof of order (which is fine - but I wonder who will hack a $12 subway order anyway). And who would order a subway just to get pieces of grilled chicken on a bread. Either something wrong with online ordering or the sandwich artist fully ignored.

Sadly I had to throw the sandwich. Waste of money and will be skipping subway altogether. Another sign of deteriorating USA.

I went in today wanting to get three foot longs. I had a coupon for buy one get one free. I told the lady I want to use this coupon for two and pay for the third separately. She didn’t do that at all. I ended up paying around 30-35$ because she did it incorrectly. The other guys there tried to help but weren’t able to fix it. They gave me free chips which is nice I suppose. But I came in paying way more for than I intended. I only go to subways with coupons I have no desire to go there to pay this much money. You shouldn’t have people at the cash register who don’t understand the system.

The owner isn't allowing veterans to eat at a discounted rate on Veteran's Day. My great uncle was drafted and fought in the Vietnam War and served as a marine for 20 years and hasn't been the same since. I won't be giving another penny to this establishment.

I ordered at 4pm to be ready by 5:15. It's now 6pm and I am still waiting for my order. Nobody seems to care and can give me no updates other than "We're backed up". Absolutely the worst experience at a Subway ever. Will not be back.
