Updating this review since I don't come in when the closing shift is around anymore after numerous mistakes had been made. However, the opening shift crew does a great job with everything. Food is always good and I’ve never experienced an issue with my order.

So basically me and my brother went to Taco Bell to get some food and one of the workers there was being really rude towards us and when we asked for our food and she didn’t give us the right order my brother tried to tell her and she said yeah, right and started acting all bitchy, and when I asked for my drink, she got all mad and was and when we got our drinks and food, she just like almost threw it at us and when I got the food out of the bag, it looks smooshed

Is Taco Bell is actually the best one I’ve been to! The food was very fresh and I only waited in the drive through for about 5 minutes which was perfect because I was in a rush! Good place!

Workers were friendly enough but the quesidilla was bare and not cut. Ordered extra sour cream in burrito and got none, asked for hot sauce got none, and the soft taco tortillas were hard from being left out the bag to long. Not happy with the 20 dollars worth of food at all.
I had to explain to the drive thru girl for 5 minutes that I wanted only avocado ranch on my cantina chicken burrito because I don’t like spicy stuff at all it makes me sick. She seemed confused so I slowly explained it to her until she got it. When I got home I took one bite of the burrito and guess what poured out of it….. Chipotle sauce. I am tired of people being lazy at one of the easiest jobs in the world. Do better. (as a previous tacobell employee myself.)

Drive-thru time is ridiculous here. You can drive from this Taco Bell to the one in Noblesville at 135th and 37 and be back to this Taco Bell faster than it would take them to service you. Even with them operating the world’s slowest drive thru, they still manage to mess up the order almost always. There really needs to be another location opened up nearby to give everyone a better alternative than this place.

Tho the employee working said he couldn't give the name of anyone without their permission (very odd, never been told that ever), the GM AJ was fantastic. I am a doordasher and typically have issues at Taco Bell with employees for their attitudes about me picking up an order but AJ was very friendly, and he explained something to me I wasn't aware of without making me feel stupid. He's a real winner and I hope Taco Bell realizes what an asset he is to their company. He truly is in the right line of work and I'll be happy to return to that location whether I'm eating or doordashing.

Got my favorite beefy cheese burrito and the tortilla was crumbly and falling apart like no one bothered to warm it before making it. Also got Cinnabon delights for my mother and they were so over done that there was no icing inside which is her favorite part.
