Had another blast only issue was the original bay was all the way in the corner. We spoke to the front desk and they immediately moved us to a middle bay. Only other problem was parents not paying attention to their children but that's not Top Golf's fault. Food was delicious as always.

Topgolf is such a fun spot! It was really easy to find, and the huge parking lot made things super convenient. The facility has three levels, and my friends and I were on the second level—plenty of space and a great view. The staff was very nice and friendly, which made the experience even better.
The whole place is super clean, modern, and well-kept. Prices are reasonable, and while the food is decent (not exactly high-end), it definitely works for a fun night out. Overall, a great time with friends in a big, lively atmosphere. I’d definitely recommend it!

First off we had a good time and had no issues. Food was good and so was the atmosphere, but our waitress Rhae was the main reason for my 5 star review. She was super friendly, never let our drinks run out, and was an all around pleaser to have helping us. I had a moment where my shades fell off of my hat and the lense popped out and fell off the platform. I thought they were lost for good, but Rhae swooped in and saved the day. If every place had employees like Miss Rhae, the world be a better place.

We had a really disappointing experience at Topgolf. The service was extremely rude and unprofessional from the start. Staff members didn’t seem interested in helping, and when we asked simple questions, we were met with attitude instead of assistance. It completely ruined the fun atmosphere we came for.
For the price you pay here, you’d expect at least basic courtesy and respect — but unfortunately, that wasn’t the case. We left feeling unwelcome and frustrated. Definitely not the level of customer service we expected from a place like this.

i have to leave a review. today they helped me out a lot. we had our time set for 3:00pm but ended up getting stuck in traffic more than once on the highways. they were able to still get us in, & honor my coupon! everyone was so helpful & friendly. we had to change our time and they were so understanding about it all.

good service, okay atmosphere. idk why theres a cafeteria on the bottom level but yall need to remove those chairs and add more billiards tables. no brainer, nobody is eating your greasy bar food at those tables. greasy, fried bar food…. we’re past covid. bring the old menu back it was AMAZING before yall downsized, bring it back.
lastly my main complaint is this cash app promo. yall say i gotta talk to cash app, then they say i gotta talk to you. ive tried this 20% twice now and gotten ripped off TWICE now. your staff doesnt know the agreement and the agreement is misleading anyways. who seperates front desk from the rest of the place? its multiple tills but same place. COMBINE the $20 fee you greeds charge for a reservation with the play and food!!! why do i have two seperate charges?! why was the 20% placed on the $20? i spent $350 with yall twice!!! im gone, never coming back.
