Tropical Smoothie Cafe

This was my first experience with TSC and I was delighted. I walked in bright and early and Kendall was wonderful. She was kind, patient, and walked from behind the counter to give me my smoothie with an invitation to return.

I have some dietary issues and occasionally order sandwiches without a bunch of ingredients and they are always really chill about it. I'm also super near sighted and disabled. Pleased when I apologized that I needed a second because I was super blind, that I was offered a plastic menu. Didn't realize they had them! Also, even busy, I've found there's always plenty of room to move or sit. Staff is mostly real young, but they have always been pleasant.

Wheelchair accessibility: Spacious inside and has handicapped parking directly across from entrance.

My mom ordered a smoothie as well as the All American wrap, the wrap was never heated; instead it was served cold…I’ve never had a wrap served cold from the establishment before, and on top of that she tipped…not satisfied.
*UPDATE: excellent customer service, issue resolved.

Was given the wrong order yesterday and didn’t realize till i got home and had to drive all the way back to get my right order. Then today got a yogurt bowl that looks like cottage cheese. Greek Yogurt is not supposed to look like cottage cheese! And I said no almonds on the yogurt bowl and the sticker said no almonds and they still put almonds on it! Two bad experiences back to back.

Yesterday I ordered on the app in plenty time for pickup. I got there and my food was not done. I had to wait. Today I order on the app. Plenty of time since I’m on the highway. Get there. There is no one in the place. No orders on the screen except for mine. The worker is in the back not paying attention. I literally ordered in enough time for it to be made. I don’t know why they just ignore their screens. I have tried to cancel on the app and tells me to call inside. I have tried to call 11 times today and no one has answered.

I love the Tropical Smoothie - Fishers location. Danielle is the absolute best! The staff are friendly and render great service.

Everyone is always so nice and willing to help! I mean at any location that I go to I always feel so welcomed! The manager greeted all of us and checked to make sure we were helped before going in the back. I’m not looking for special treatment, but I enjoy being treated like I matter ☺️

Ordered a Jetty Punch smoothie (one of my favs, I order it regularly) and it tasted like the leaves of a strawberry (ie..dirt). Have never had this problem - told the staff that it tasted weird and they immediately made me a new one, no questions asked, and were surprisingly nice about it. Excellent customer service!

We aren’t regular smoothie goers and we have several fruit allergies. I was apprehensive to go to a smoothie place because of this. But, the lady working made sure to wash the blender and helped me customize the smoothie to be allergy free and also very delish. Very pleased and I’ll be back.
