Tropical Smoothie Cafe

Today I had a horrible experience with an employee named Hayden who says he was the manager. He was rude to me and my daughter when he made our bowels wrong. I first was told they do not offer mango on açaí bowels when we have had them before and then he charged me extra when I wanted mangos instead is blueberries. I was then told he only has frozen mangos and they were for smoothies only. When I received my bowel he forgot the bananas and honey. I asked him to correct it and he just put a couple of bananas on my bowel and returned it without any apology! I noticed the bowl barely had any açaí and he told me they are only allowed to make bowels with 7 oz of açaís…I was upset the bowels were small and had huge chunks of granola. I will never go back to that location and from now on PLAYA BOWELS will get my money! TSC you lost a good customer!

I am shocked this place has some decent reviews! I never write poor reviews but I go here once a week and they make my drink wrong more than 50% of the time. I have waited upwards of 45 minutes for a smoothie multiple times when there are maybe 4 other customers in the building. I order online almost an hour in advance and the smoothie isn’t even ready! Really sad, other locations are much better. Right now I’ve been waiting over half an hour for a drink

We entered and there was no one but us. Then a line of people entered after us. They got my wife’s smoothie done very quickly but then they made almost everyone else’s food before mine. It took over 20 minutes after we ordered. Then when in the car and examined my food, I had asked for peanut butter on my bowl and they didn’t add any. So I had to go back in and wait on them to pay attention to me because they were busy at this point. I finally got their attention and they added the smallest amount of peanut butter.
