My wife & I came in for her birthday & they took great care of us!

Smoothies are bad - frozen fruit, lots of ice, no taste if you take out the added sugar

Flatbreads and wraps Taco Bell quality but less tasty and definitely not healthy

Premium prices for fast food ingredients

LOVE!!!! They are so friendly, greet me by name all the time! Food is amazing and fresh, and the cafe is always very clean.

I come evey morning and the staff knows my order and my name! Love this place!

Everytime I come in the staff is so sweet, and they're always so quick with getting orders ready!

This was my first experience with TSC and I was delighted. I walked in bright and early and Kendall was wonderful. She was kind, patient, and walked from behind the counter to give me my smoothie with an invitation to return.

I have some dietary issues and occasionally order sandwiches without a bunch of ingredients and they are always really chill about it. I'm also super near sighted and disabled. Pleased when I apologized that I needed a second because I was super blind, that I was offered a plastic menu. Didn't realize they had them! Also, even busy, I've found there's always plenty of room to move or sit. Staff is mostly real young, but they have always been pleasant.

My mom ordered a smoothie as well as the All American wrap, the wrap was never heated; instead it was served cold…I’ve never had a wrap served cold from the establishment before, and on top of that she tipped…not satisfied.
*UPDATE: excellent customer service, issue resolved.

Was given the wrong order yesterday and didn’t realize till i got home and had to drive all the way back to get my right order. Then today got a yogurt bowl that looks like cottage cheese. Greek Yogurt is not supposed to look like cottage cheese! And I said no almonds on the yogurt bowl and the sticker said no almonds and they still put almonds on it! Two bad experiences back to back.

Yesterday I ordered on the app in plenty time for pickup. I got there and my food was not done. I had to wait. Today I order on the app. Plenty of time since I’m on the highway. Get there. There is no one in the place. No orders on the screen except for mine. The worker is in the back not paying attention. I literally ordered in enough time for it to be made. I don’t know why they just ignore their screens. I have tried to cancel on the app and tells me to call inside. I have tried to call 11 times today and no one has answered.

I love the Tropical Smoothie - Fishers location. Danielle is the absolute best! The staff are friendly and render great service.
