You had one woman working the entire store this morning. She was in good spirits but you have got to pay employees more and never open with just one person. Treat people better!
November 26, 2023 - Ordered Dave's single and a double hamburger. When I got home to eat I found the single had two cold overcooked dry Jr. meat patties and the double with four cold overcooked Jr. meat patties. The fries were cold as well. I only live a minute from there so food should have been warm. We ended up throwing it away. $18.00 I wrote a complaint to Wendy's and never received a response. Never will return to this Wendy's.
Worst service I have ever experienced at any fast food place in my life. Meaghan, the so called Manager, District Manager, General Manager, & Owner (let her tell it) needs to find a new career, take a mental health day, a vacation or something because she is the absolute WORST person with the absolute WORST attitude to be in any type of management role.
