Every time I've gotten food from here the food is cold and stale. in a time where the price of everything is going up and people are eating out less this is not the time to deliver bad quality food. people will just go somewhere else and you will continue to lose customers. personally I have given this place more chances than I should have because it used to be great but I will not be back.

Worst Wendy’s ever. They only take one order at a time. How do you not have employees that can take more than 1 person at a time. It’s called fast food. The only reason I keep coming here is because my kid likes it. Don’t go here unless you want to sit at the ordering box for 15 minutes before they even take your order

If you want a rude teenager to take your order & make fun of you right in front of you then this is the place you. Also don't order the meal of misfortune... they'll forget your mystery sauces

Very poorly managed and staffed. Employees who don't wash their hands get your ice from a nasty bin. The food is usually old. The staff are often times more interested in playing grab ass than preparing your food. They will even take and fill one order at a time and lock the lobby. You pull up and 4 people are working in there. It's unreal. I would close the doors for training and new staff.
8/31/25 update. Tried to revisit for breakfast. Lazy employees did not answer the drive thru. They need to change the hours to Permanently Closed. They just stared at me as I drove by the window. Hours clearly posted and open... I will NEVER return.

As a Uber driver I hate this place… Bro they RARELY make the food for deliveries at night time… to the point where I call now before I even go there and they always say they didn’t get the order or something that isn’t my issue!
Wish I would have read the reviews before spending my money here 3x. Every single time my order was carelessly made and items forgotten.

I visited on 07/28 around 1:50 am. I was getting off from my second job and didn’t feel like cooking, seen Wendy’s was still open unaware they ran this late into the night. Sat in line for quite a while, was upset snd annoyed at first but I’m understanding, it’s late and I didn’t honestly have high hopes in anything as I haven’t visited here in a while due to previous poor experiences. It’s been maybe over a year since I've came. The food was however excellent. Freshly made, flavorful, not a single dry unsalted or missing item. The young woman who took my order I didn’t see a name tag sadly, was very soft spoken and polite her mannerism was truly appreciated. This place may have gotten things back in order a bit I am not sure but I know one thing, this was a great and very appreciative visit! 100% worth my money and time. Time to go to bed, I’m full 😝
