Everyone is always very friendly and professional and the strawberry sundaes are magically delicious. Service is slow even when they're not busy. A complaint was made regarding the breakfast burrito combo, which does not include a separate hashbrown and is smaller than at other locations. It was suggested that the staff could benefit from improved interpersonal skills and training to enhance the overall customer experience.
