I ordered food from the Agaves on Washington Center CT. I put in for my food to be ready at 545pm but the manager said it was 6pm that the food was suppose to be ready. Ok fine but it was after 6 and my food still wasn’t ready. When I called at 555 and asked for a refund the manager told me I had to call somewhere else to get my refund. We always enjoy Agaves. Great service, food and atmosphere. The manager took the time to check on us and we love the authentic menu and tequila selection. Great bartender and staff.
The food was absolutely terrible I don’t recommend the restaurant to nobody. The arroz con pollo was the worse dish I have ever had from any Mexican restaurant. The classic margarita was absolutely terrible too. It was very strong and tasted just like straight tequila
