A friend and I chanced on this restaurant looking for a place to have lunch. What a great turn of events. We both had the Chicken Masala Curry which was thick and the right level of spice. The naan was fresh and the rice was savory. The service was on point and very courteous. I am looking forward to going back to try some other dishes.
Their lunch starts at 12pm (we made the mistake of going earlier and had to wait). We ordered chicken biriyani and butter chicken. They did not have parathas/nan as they were sold out in the morning. But when they saw my husband felt disappointed not to have nan (he can’t eat butter chicken without any bread), he asked the cook to make two extra Nans for him (we didn’t even know! Excellent food, amazing service, and spacious, I was travelling south from Canada and came across this gem of a restaurant, the authentic Burmese food, we all loved it, the flavour burst the food was ecstatic, and the Tom Yum soup was heavenly, I highly recommend people travelling from Ontario please make sure you visit this spot and try their authentic Burmese food, for the people running this joint keep up the great work.
