Ordered 2 Carmel Iced coffees and only had 2 pieces of ice in one of them and no ice in the other one. They both were weak tasting and weren't even stirred. We wanted hot coffee but they had none on a cold evening. Not satisfied.
I was forced to use the kiosk as nobody came to the register after 10 minutes. Eventually our food came. I went to get ketchup, but the dispensers next to the soda fountain did not work. Back to the front to eventually be served some packets, but ony three... I had to ask for more and was given a dirty look. Now I return to the table to cold fries and a luke warm, dried out Quarter Pounder! This place was so great in the past and now is pitiful. The whole place is filthy...read full review

Hot cakes & sausage and cold syrup. Was not hot or room temperature. Order from menu board which says frozen Sprite lemonade. And the order taker corrected me to set it's not lemonade. Well if it's not lemonade then take it off your menu board sign because that's exactly what it says frozen Sprite lemonade. And who corrects the customer.
