I ordered 2 40 pc nuggets. Those are supposed to be 8.99 each. I'm furious! The service here has gone seriously downhill! THEY'RE THEIVES! THIS SHOULD NEVER HAPPEN! I got charged for 4 20 pcs. There's a definite price difference. Not only did I get charged wrong... I didn't get all of my food! A similar thing happened about a week ago! I filed a complaint, got a response via email, was informed someone would be contacting me..... NO ONE HAS CONTACTED ME! File a complaint is useless!...read full review
I order a quarter pounder with no cheese! I always tell them at the ordering kiosk JUST BUN AND MEAT! And they will mark it down as plain. I again always say it’s not plain I want no cheese nothing just bun and meat! They say ok and and to pull forward. I pay get my food and check it EVERY SINGLE TIME THERE IS CHEESE ON IT AND THEY ARGUE SAYING I NEED TO SAY WITHOUT CHEESE! Excuse me but I do!
