This place stays packed with people you sit there forever only to have someone be rude to you when you finally get called. I understand the work can be stressful, but so can someone having to ask for help because things in there life has changed.
Employee went out of her way to help me with a copy I needed. Instead of waiting in line after pulling a number, she helped me right away instead of waiting for something so simple. That is a major gesture especially at the division of family services. Usually it is alot like going to the DMV. Lol
Great place to have in fort wayne, the staff here are very friendly and commpasionate. I dont care for the way mitch daniels down sized the staff. They still remain to be very helpful. But now a lot of it is done through the computer not nearly as personable. And can be quite difficult for some of us.
