They are always incredibly slow. Takes 20 minutes or longer, even if you are the only one in line. If you go inside and the drive through is busy, they flat out refuse to take your order. I work by there but I stop at another one on my way to work and just reheat. When I do this, I get to work on time.
Hey I don’t like being a Karen or anything, but my experience ordering here was very different from other MC Donald’s. They had very rude employees I’m not sure if they intentionally gave us the wrong order but I won’t really complain on that. Just a very toxic environment ran by immature employees. Over all I don’t recommend until they make some changes.
What can I say about this DUMP that hasn't been said before. WORST SERCICE EVER. Does not matter if the drive thru has 10 cars or 1 car....you are going to wait a LONG time for your cold cheeseburger frozen fries or watered down drink. I will no longer SUFFER going to the worst McDonald's in the mid•west.

McDonald's, a well-known fast-food chain, has received mixed reviews from customers. While one customer experienced lengthy wait times in the drive-thru and poor service, another had a much better experience going inside the restaurant, with a quick service and hot, correctly prepared food. The third customer, however, noted that the food quality has declined, with sparse toppings on the quarter pounder and watery drinks, as well as mushy fries. Despite the varied experiences, the restaurant seems to be working on improving its service and quality standards at this particular location.
