Arrived about 10:45pm to the drive thru. Not sure if the 2 cars ahead of us got service, but it looked like it since they stopped at the window. We waited for over 10 minutes for no one to ever come to the speaker. We didn’t see anyone moving around inside. Online says open til midnight, but I guess it’s 10:50

They need to do better With additudes, Food and everything. The Fries wore still really Greasy and The food Was Cold And the Buns and Condements wore not on the right Way .

I went inside and ordered via the kiosk. It didn't give me a receipt. I stood at the counter for 15 minutes before someone finally came to the register. I said I placed an order, but I need a receipt, and since I didn't get one I don't know what my order number is.They said hold on, brought a bag, sat it on the count saying your receipt is inside and walked away. I looked in the bag and there was no receipt and all the food is cold.This is a work lunch and I need a receipt to be reimbursed. Now I have trash food and I get to foot the bill.Not to mention people came in behind me and all left, because no one ever came to the counter.Y'all are useless. Never would I ever return. Neither will the other people who walked out.

This place don’t even need a 1 star more like 0 stars for real! Get your managers and staff under control!! No excuse for the treatments this location keeps giving! To the big back lady with the braids she needs better customer service I get she’s frustrated from eating all day and being on her feet but she doesn’t have to take it out on her customers! Hope this locations changes its ways quick!

This is the only McDonald’s in the city where the smoothies and shake machine is always broken. The owner should do something about it or take all those frozen drinks off the menu. Lazy ppl.

I am a Door dasher and I was there to pick up the order when out of no where the manager starts yelling at me and saying he will not give me this persons order bc he had made it FIVE times already and that overall interaction made it to where I lost out on half the pay and my shift for the morning, I was in there just to pick up and order and I was there for 30 min just to get yelled at by manager, dont rec

Morning manager was. Complete. Witch. Ordered a STEAK(EGG) AND cheese bagelNo salt no butter no breakfast sauce. Got my sandwich smelled burnt. No egg. Took it back she started off with we dont have breakfast sauce..IDC about the sauce I wanted egg on it. She got scratchy with me and biligerent her drive through was busy. I get that. But to get rude as I'm trying to make sure there's egg on it and your talking about sauce. I got mad. She got mad. I'm starving. Already hungry. She had to add to it hand me a refund after bringing her tone up about 7 octaves. Into straight up rude..I said have a little more kindness and not be so rude with customers. As her frustration and aggravation just radiated from her like radioactive waste. I took my refund said hope your day gets better and left. Stay away from this McDonald's in the morning. MANAGER IS VERY RUDE.
