I was doordashing tonight and the team inside was awesome!!! They were understaffed and behind but kept going with smiles on their faces and the best customer service I have seen in a while. Keep up the good work and don't let the impatient doordashers get to you.
They overcharge me, and then the cashier didn’t know what she was doing and then the manager at the time is extremely rude and unpleasant the second time and experience true and both times I’ve been the same. I do not recommend this Arby’s whatsoever.

I don't really have a problem when I go to Arby's on rudisill The managers are always respectful The food is always hot and doesn't really take that long but the one downtown on Jefferson oh my God that's a totally different story I hate going down
