Waited an hour and 20 min on our food. Food came out cold, and then the waitress boosted her tip an extra $10 somehow on our tab. Our bill that we paid with a card was only $1.35 because we had a gift card, but left a $9 tip which was like 21-22%. They charged me $19.35. So where did that extra $10 come from?

Ordered food here from DoorDash, it was the grilled cheese cheeseburger. It tasted awful and different than it usually does. It also was missing the sauce that comes on it so it tasted dry and disgusting. First to say, our waitress Brook was amazing. She was really busy but still came to check on us every so often. The food though was horrible. Almost everything we ordered was burnt! It smelled burnt when it got to the table, looked and even tasted burnt. We sent food back and they still burnt it, obviously they didn't clean the grill properly or wasn't paying attention to the food. Brook apologized profusely (we know it's not her fault and let her know that), she still felt bad. We spent over $100, just such a waste.

Worst Applebee's ever, our waitress Jade was a ghost and pretty rude when we asked for missing items, food was burnt, no napkins silverware and don't expect refills or your order to be correct. It's not even busy. I eat at Applebee's a lot, they usually are the best and have a kiosk on the table to ask your opinion... Not at this location, I guess they don't want people telling the home company directly how much they suck

Order Carry out, not busy at all. Show up to pick up 5 min after the time it was SUPPOSED to be ready. It wasnt, and proceed to wait another 20 mins,for my food to be done. Got home and was missing the fries with the burger. The toppings on the burger were missing all together The cups of cheese they gave us, the lids were melted to the cups. The cup of Alfredo was burnt from sitting under the warmer for so long. The food they said was taking so long, was COLD when I got it home, 6 minutes away. They had 2 tables in the store. 3 servers that were sitting at a table. A server and a bartender, who was mad she had to take tables. They dropped dirty dishes on the floor, AND NO ONE picked them up, for the 30 minutes I stood waiting. They just walked over it. I did the survey, and told them what was wrong. They gave me 10 dollars of a 40 dollar order. Not a refund though. This is the 3rd time, I have not got the best service from this place.

My to go order was perfect. Placed it online, was ready at the time that was estimated. The gal that helped was super nice. I didn't get her name but her Applebee's card on her hip was pink.
