I'm not sure why we bothered to order food from here. It was ready at it time it said it was going to be, which was good. I made the mistake of not checking my order before leaving because I assumed that with them not being busy, they could do their job. We were missing food and multiple sauces with the other items. Their 4- cheese mac n'cheese does not come close to the actual menu picture. The chicken that came with it was smaller than 3 chicken nuggets. The sauce was watery. Their boneless wings were overcooked. It might be better if you eat at the restaurant, but I wouldn't count on it. I should be getting a refund on the missing item in 48 hours.

I wish I could give the service 0/ negative stars. My group of friends arrived at the restaurant and there was no people there. It was well over two hours before close. The service was horrible, we waited forever to be seated, for our drinks, to have orders taken, every step you can imagine took a ridiculous amount of time. Two of us ordered appetizers that were not brought until an HOUR after we ordered. My boyfriends food was forgotten and then when it was brought out we were informed that they were out of bacon for his bacon burger. There was 0 transparency over whether this was a staffing issue, but they were very clearly not busy at ALL. The cherry on top is that my friends are receiving additional charges on their banking account in addition to the payment for their meal. I was really excited for Applebee's and yall let me down. :-(

Went to order a beer and got carded. Okay normal. She didn’t think it was me, asked me to recite info, which I did correctly! Proceeds to take my ID to the back for over 15 minutes only to come out and tell me her manager needs to make the call and it’ll be a longer wait. I told her I lost 65lbs so it may look different but it’s kinda rude to insinuate it’s just not me. I’m a bartender, and have never had to do that to someone lmao

Had major issues with a takeout order, however the manager on duty fixed everything and the food was very good the second time around. Thank you to her for being friendly and taking care of us.

Someone needs to be a manager for 5414 Meijer drive Fort Wayne IN store. 1. We were greeted by someone who was not a dressed hostess. We didn't know if she just got up from a table and seated us without 1 comment. Few waitresses but people are seated all over. Lots of wasted time walking around running for food, bills etc. 2. Eventually to did get a server who kept apologizing for everything but ate a salad while she was serving food like this is professional. 3. I counted 4 waitress but not all were working. There was no time management skills. 4. I asked for my bill twice. Again she apologized. That just doesn't cut it with my husband and I. We are retired and it is treat when we get to go out to eat. Our last 2 trips to Applebees have been a joke. My husband said tonight that we have had our last dinner at Applebees!

When I went I could barely even eat any of my food it was so horrible. The chicken in the sandwich was so dry I would've been better off eating my dogs food, and the fries were so stale I took one bite of my burger, ate 4 fries, and threw my napkin on the table because I couldn't believe how horrible it was. Even the wontons my wife got were terrible. They also forgot our beer and the server appeared to be on drugs.it honestly doesn't suprise me because before I heard they microwave their food. I'm never going here ever again.

Mediocre service and the deadest food I’ve ever had at an Applebees. Go to literally any other location here in Fort Wayne, I recommend Lima rd. Update: it’s been about an hour since I’ve eaten and I am violently nauseous. Run don’t walk away.

My husband and I split and chicken sandwich and a bacon cheeseburger so we could each have a good sandwich variety. I'm pleased to say they came to the looking like the pictures! Unlike a Burger King, Wendy's, Arby's ad!! Cooked to perfection!
Complete disaster from the beginning. I don’t know how this restaurant stays open and we will never go back.

Decided to order carryout since it had been a couple of years since we went for dinner. Steak was very fatty, got 4 shrimp on the bourbon street chicken, they were tiny. Spinach artichoke dip had no artichoke and was very runny. Worst Applebee's food ever. I personally had 10 buffalo wings, asked for extra buffalo sauce and Bleu cheese, they sent no buffalo sauce and gave me ranch. Definitely not happy, especially since that dinner for the 3 of us was supposed to be a treat since we don't eat out as much anymore. we will never order carryout again from there, and probably won't go for dinner in house either after that experience. On top of all that, food was 20 minutes longer to get than was told, and it was a Monday...

We ordered two rib dipper meals and this was the amount of dipper sauce that came with it. And the order of waffle fries came with literally 6 fries, for 4$ save your money for a worth while meal and do not go here.
