ordered using the app. Added wings as an appetizer as part of my trio. instead got pickle fried when i hate pickles and they refused to do anything about it. then i never got any of the sauces even the ones i paid extra for which they also refused to do anything for. the lady was very rude and kept putting me on hold while i was mid sentence

We arrived at the Meijer Road location at 11 after church for family brunch. We were the first people in the door with a party of seven. Our food did not arrive for more than an hour and a half and when it did the burgers were burned and dry. This is our second attempt at this location and we’re done. Waitress was pleasant but the location was dirty and restrooms were obviously not cleaned from night before. Ridiculous wait time. Not sure if there are staffing issues or what’s going on.

I recently revisited this Applebee’s location after not having been there for many years. The sign at the front said “please wait to be seated” but there was no hostess to show me to a seat. After waiting five minutes I just went and sat at the bar. It took another three minutes before the bartender offered any help.
Although this location is known for it’s great cuts of meats and veggies, I opted for the 2 for $25 special which included mozzarella sticks, spinach and artichoke dip, a quesadilla burger, and a drink. The food was okay, nothing to write home about. It took me twenty minutes to get my food which wasn’t that bad. While waiting for my food I was slightly dismayed by the lack of televisions in the area. The restaurant would do well to increase the number of televisions, also one of them had the news on with closed captions. I don’t think people come to Applebee’s to watch the news, they want to see the sports.
Overall the experience was pretty subpar, I’d guess the long waits are due to a lack of staffing on their part. It’s tough to find people who are willing to work at a restaurant and this location seems to be suffering from that trend. There’s probably not a whole lot they can do about this but they could at least make sure the TVs are turned to channels that customers will actually want to watch. I’ll check it out again next year and see if things have improved.

The worst service I have ever had. We came there after trick-or-treating had children with us. We had a total of 16 people. The waitress let us know that she was new. We were very patient with her. She was wonderful however, after waiting almost 2 hours for our food our food was unacceptable. It was dry and flavorless like it had been sitting out. Being understanding we only sent two plates back to get redone. When it was time to pay the bill, the new waitress had trouble splitting the checks. She did the right thing and asked her supervisor for assistance while asking her supervisor for assistance, the supervisor belittles and humiliates both staff members as they try to help ease the task. On top of that, the Supervisor tells my niece that he would have never sent us in the first place if he known it was gonna be this difficult. I myself told the supervisor that he is the worst type of supervisor I have ever seen in a very long time. I told him he does not need to be Little or humiliate his staff in front of guest and he surely should not say to a guest that he would’ve never said us if he knew that splitting the checks would be so difficult. The supervisor just threw his hands up and said fine. I’m just gonna cop the whole meal. That’s fine and all, but at the end of the day that Supervisor is creating a hostile atmosphere for his staff and guest whenever there’s an issue. As a supervisor that should never happen. I don’t want anyone to think that we were looking for a handout because at the end of the day even with the horrible food and the horrible wait time we still worked with the waitress and was willing to pay. We ended up tipping her $40 because she did not deserve to be spoken to that way. I suggest that that particular supervisor that was working on the night of Halloween needs to go back and re-train on how to handle stressful situations because he handled that situation poorly.

Very dissatisfied with the food and the way they treat their staff. Also firing someone because they did not feel well due to having their wisdom teeth pulled two days ago is very pathetic. Will not come back to this restaurant and advise others to not go here as well.

I'm not sure why we bothered to order food from here. It was ready at it time it said it was going to be, which was good. I made the mistake of not checking my order before leaving because I assumed that with them not being busy, they could do their job. We were missing food and multiple sauces with the other items. Their 4- cheese mac n'cheese does not come close to the actual menu picture. The chicken that came with it was smaller than 3 chicken nuggets. The sauce was watery. Their boneless wings were overcooked. It might be better if you eat at the restaurant, but I wouldn't count on it. I should be getting a refund on the missing item in 48 hours.

I wish I could give the service 0/ negative stars. My group of friends arrived at the restaurant and there was no people there. It was well over two hours before close. The service was horrible, we waited forever to be seated, for our drinks, to have orders taken, every step you can imagine took a ridiculous amount of time. Two of us ordered appetizers that were not brought until an HOUR after we ordered. My boyfriends food was forgotten and then when it was brought out we were informed that they were out of bacon for his bacon burger. There was 0 transparency over whether this was a staffing issue, but they were very clearly not busy at ALL. The cherry on top is that my friends are receiving additional charges on their banking account in addition to the payment for their meal. I was really excited for Applebee's and yall let me down. :-(
