The girl working the counter on closing shift Tuesday the 27th, was very rude to the people in front of us at the counter, and was also rude to us. I came in at 7pm and she was already cleaning things up for the night and refused to use the items she had already cleaned instead of using it to let us order. to be blunt, this is a bad review.my grandfather and i approached a black haired woman who was very short and impatient with us. she even told us to “hurry up” while we were taking our order. my grandfather has an albanian accent and when she walked away from the register and came back she proceeded to mock us with his voice. she was all together rude and inconsiderate. they should put someone better at the register or change their training policies.

I wanted a cinnamon sugar pretzel not nuggets but "She" said they were closing and could not make me one. They had several freshly buttered ones that just needed to be sprinkled but the poor customer service said "NO".
