If you are a straight coffee drinker who likes dark roast then I would suggest asking for a pour over. Otherwise it will likely be a cup of luke warm coffee. It's worth the 5 minute wait. I personally detest everything about Starbucks minus the convenience factor.
I like Starbucks coffee, that said I'm pretty biased. Their customer service is good. I do have one complaint, they don't order enough products! Pretty often they run out of this and that, ? so I leave unhappy. But when they have more I feel better ?. It's not just this location, it's all over town.

I frequent this location often (more than I probably should) and it is one of my favorite groups of staff. I come at random times in the morning so I see the different dynamics of guests they come across and I applaud them for dealing with the difficulties with grace. They experience some of the rudest people at times and I do just wish some people would show some kindness.Just want this staff to know how truly appreciated they are and that their hard work doesn’t go unnoticed.
