Second time going through the drive thru in the afternoon 5pm to 9pm crew. And I got stale mozzarella sticks again after I specifically asked to have them dropped fresh. I'll go the extra miles for Arby's from now on.

Went through the drive through at 7:55pm to order a roast beef sandwich… the worker said, “we’re closed” in the rudest possible way as I see her outside smoking. This is consistently the worst Arby’s around.
We were passing through from out of town. Ordered dinner to go. I was super excited about the boneless wings. What a complete disappointment. The pieces were so small some the size of a small grape. They were cold and so were the fries. Since we were on the road we did not go back. This picture was supposed to be a complete meal.

I went last night, 8/26/23. I have tried to give this Arby’s a chance but I am done now. The woman that takes the order has zero personality and acts like it is a pain to wait on you. ( not the first time). I decided to try the new fish stick fingers and Curley fries. The Fries were cold and the fish was not done on the inside. I know I should have gone back but I was mad and did not want to go back. This is my last trip to Arbys, at least this one. I have given them more chances than they deserve. I am shocked they are still open.

I wouldn’t even give this place a 1 star. Pulled in at 10:55am and the lady tells me they aren’t open. I waited in line since it was only 5 minutes and she’s yelling at me the whole time to get out of her line, So I didn’t mess up her time. It was extremely rude.

Woke up wanting food and expecting Arby’s at 10:45 a:m and I get hear and all I’m being told is that Arby’s doesn’t open till 11 and now being told that there timer resetting is more important than taking my order I just thought that the customer service here overall just wasn’t good and didn’t put any effort into there job and or roll
