They push the order online thing to make your wait time shorter. So, I ordered online and pulled in directly to the window. Where I was told I have to go back and wait in line? So what is the purpose of ordering online and paying for it, just to come and wait in line like everyone else who didn't use the app? Needless to say, after voicing my opinion, my food was cold and nasty.
There is a manager who has once went off on me for upgrading my meal and told me she was going police, I complained to her supervisor and today I upgraded meal and she said next time go back to speaker to change it. I'm not an employee but telling what to do as a customer is a horrible manager she was clearly mad bc she had to dealeat the order she said to me. WHY after I complained over first is this ruthless and lazy manager still there? They had 2 others and not busy. Place...read full review
