Even if you ask before ordering if you can get something a certain way, they’ll make your order however they choose either way. Often missing items. This time, asked for nuggets with no sauce, and when I get home, they’re dripping with so much sauce, it overflows the box and the entire bottom of the bag is dripping… asking for “no bacon” means I get to pick apart my wrap and remove the bacon myself.

Went to this Arby’s for lunch homeless women inside eating that’s fine but she brought in her cart and running all over the bags on it were bed bugs and fleas. When I said something they said she’s been coming her for awhile 😡 will never go in there again.
