I was downtown today and there were so many events going on. I happened to walk by Big Apple Pizza - never even knew it existed. I decided to go in and check it out. It smelled so good. They sent my brother a cold pizza that was damaged. He paid $80 for the pizza. It was not serviceable to his children. When he reached out to have the situation corrected, he was turned away without any kind of recompense. No refund. No new pizza. No apology.
First of all, $80 for pizza is ridiculous.
