Restaurant review I would like to preface my review to say I have never been to Cuba so I can't compare the sandwiches to the most authentic experience. I had been itching to try these sandwiches for a while as it is a unique ethnic restaurant located in a town with limited ethnic food choices. Caliente has evolved a lot over the past couple years. One thing that is consistent however , is the awesome food. Priced well and worth the money. Anytime I'm working in downtown fort Wayne , I make it a point to stop in for lunch at least once a week!
