Steph, tay, and seila were so freakin nice! felt so at home with the interactions i had with them, almost felt like ive known then forever!! such a great addition to this establishment!!

Sejla our server was so nice, very well informed on the options; great attitude and demeanor.

Music wasn't great, should have an option to change it based on the demographics and vibes.

Sejla was divine and helped us with a soul warming smile, we left with a joyful buzz

while the food is decent and the drinks are great, the overall experience is ruined by the general manager, Chris. The staff themselves are friendly and attentive, but Chris gives off a really uncomfortable, creepy vibe. He seems more interested in arranging candles and hovering around than actually making sure guests get their food or drinks in a timely way.
It’s a shame, because the place has potential — good atmosphere, solid bartenders, and great cocktails — but the management really brings it down. Honestly, I wouldn’t trust this guy around my dogs, let alone a team of employees or customers. Until they get better leadership, I wouldn’t recommend it.

Without fail I always receive the best service with every visit Richie & Steph. They are sure to deliver the best experience & service. I stopped by Tuesday and it had rained earlier in the day. Richie had made sure seats were dry and even lit the fireplace for myself and company. Their commitment to providing the best all around service keeps me coming back

The atmosphere here is very nice, quiet, rooftop breeze and we had plenty of room to ourselves between seats. The drinks were good nothing to complain about. The server was very nice to us though they did completely forget something that we ordered (didn't even bother saying anything because they brought out our main meal and it was an appetizer, too late). We had gone for the chicken and champagne special they were doing... the chicken was cooked but lacked any form of taste, the tater tots that came with it might have well come out of a frozen food aisle with table salt on top and the BBQ sauce was so watered down we didn't even bother using it. If you're looking for a nice place for drinks this place works. If you want dinner, I'm not too sure. I wouldn't eat here again.

Birdie’s is a huge gem in the crown of Ft. Wayne! Great drinks, creative menu and bartenders/ staff are top notch! I highly recommend stopping here should you find yourself in the “Fort”. If you’re fortunate you’ll find Tory who is very talented in mixology , she is witty and funny. Also an unforgettable bloke, Richie, who will do everything to make sure you are happy. Love it here !
