“Bathroom was clean, store was clean. The customer service was satisfactory. It seemed as tho the man working the counter would've preferred to be doing anything other than helping us but he wasn't rude about it at least. And the food was impressive. The last few times I had been there, the food was either incorrect or burned yet cold with limp lettuce. Today the food was correct, fresh, well cooked.. much improved over my last visit.
Parking: There was probably a dozen spots in front of the building and slightly more on the side. At least 3 disabled parking spots that I remember. And a dip in the sidewalk for wheel chairs on both sides.
Wheelchair accessibility: As mentioned above, the parking lot was wheelchair accessible. And in the store, there were plenty of spaces for a wheelchair to pull up to a table. The bathroom is disabled friendly too.“
“I really appreciate that the food didn't come out greasy. Kudos to BK for this achievement. My sandwich did not have lettuce on it as expected, but everything else was good.
This location gets extra points for still having a play area.. not for me, but the general public.. I'm too big to play there anymore. The restaurant appeared clean, including the restroom which had warm water.
My only other request, besides remembering the lettuce, is to have fresh sweet and unsweet tea rather than coming from the fountain... That fountain tea tastes like a sad childhood and abandonment.. let's get some fresh tea made with love.“
“As for as BKs go, this one is fine. (Compared to local Chik-fil-A, it falls behind a little bit on food quality, service efficiency, and atmosphere.) The play area is what draws us (4 & 6yo kids) mostly along with coupons for chicken nuggets/fries. I don't know if any BK is 5/5 on all criteria, so let's go solid 4s across the board for a 12/15, very decent BK. I would recommend if you like BK👌
Kid-friendliness: 3-story play set in a separate area is a commendable feature“
“Food just wasn't the same this time the buttons weren't toasted the onion on my sandwich was bigger than the bun and the tomato was hard I had the Whopper Junior Duo the plain one that I ordered was perfect. My daughter had the chicken sandwich the number nine meal and she just said it wasn't as good as it usually is.“
“The drive-through employees working around 8:45pm tonight were fast, friendly, and professional. This is probably a stressful location to work because of the proximity to both a homeless shelter and liquor store, so shouts out to the evening employees for having positive attitudes. And they made my fries fresh!“
“The manager on June 3rd on night shift went above and beyond to take care of us!! I wish I would’ve got her name, she had sandy blonde hair and glasses and was incredibly friendly and helpful! Made sure our order was correct. The red haired girl at the window was also super friendly and helpful. Love this location!!!! ❤️❤️❤️❤️ thank you!!“
“I had some time to kill, and most the other lunch places were busy, so I went through the drive-through and got a double cheeseburger. I had low expectations. But WOW - this was the best $3 sandwich I’ve had in a long time. The meat was fresh off the grill and HOT, which is something McDonald’s never does right. It was perfectly constructed, and the bun was fresh, with just the right amount of condiments. And the Diet Coke was spot on from the fountain. Service was fast. This was just as good as a Five Guys at a fraction of the price. I will be back soon, and next time I’m gonna tip these folks.“
“Stopped by for lunch after church on Superbowl Sunday. My husband needed his a way that isn't on the kiosk. Ramon was busy taking care of the drive thru and the counter. He is extremely professional. He said I will be with you in a minute and he was. We asked if my husband could get a certain thing and he quickly had it ordered for us. Every word and every action he did not only for us, but for drive thru, another employee, and the other customer at the counter showed he either has had good leadership training or it is just an innate leader. You don't find that professionalism in too many fast food restaurants. Thank you Ramon. It was a pleasure being there with you leading.“
“I love fresh food and I didn’t have to ask for it fresh and I wasn’t in the drive thru for very long at all! Customer service was very on point! I hope those workers stay being great.
