“Great food! The only two "complaints" I have are why do you close the dining room so early (8pm est) it's difficult for me to make it by that time, let alone most people dont eat until after 8 or at 8. Like 9 or 10 would be a good time imo. And the only time the food isn't great is when you don't make chicken fries fresh, they taste like they've been re-cooked or have been sitting there for 20 minutes so I literally ask for them fresh every single time or the workers already know that I want em fresh so I don't even have to say anything ??. It's when my parents go through the drive-thru that it becomes an issue because they think it's rude to do that so im stuck with gross chicken fries and most the time I just throw them away in my bedroom tbh.“
“Food is always great, staff is usually upbeat and friendly, and every time I come and visit, its either just as good as, or better than my last visit there!This place is AHmazing, and getting better every time I come back!I moved to Muncie about 6ish months ago, and order fast-food more than I should or care to admit! Of most of the places I've tried, BK on W. Bethel is EASILY my top 3 favorite Fast-Food places! I never thought it would happen again, because Tennessee turned me WAY off of BK, in Indiana though, it's so much different!The people are ALWAYS friendly, and cracking up with me when I come in. One of the Managers, Blake, is possibly the nicest, most patient, empathetic, and passionate people I have EVER seen work in Food in general, let alone fast food! Every time I go in, I am always looking for Blake's smile and warm welcome!All of the employees are great, for the most part. There's one guy that works in the mornings (usually drive thru) that needs to work on his Customer Service, so I just go inside now and get my food.Overall, a 12/10 on the rating scale. I told Blake I would make sure to give him some props, so I hope you guys do too!“
“Food wasn't the greatest but they're really understaffed so I understand the rushing around and not being able to take the time needed to do everything needed to do to make the food as it should be. As far as service it was awful. It was 7:32 p.m. when we pulled up and got out to go in and sit to eat but the dining room was already closed for the night. I don't understand why they close the dining area so early because then the drive thru is extremely long by the time you get to the window for your food it's partially cold.“
