“Have been here several times. Always go through drive through. This time I check out order and my Whopper was wrong. I had to drive back. There was someone different at the window. He switched my sandwich and threw in an order of fries for having to come back which was nice of him.“
“I'm not even exaggerating, this is the best Burger King I've had in years. Food was so fresh and made with all customizations correctly. The drinks were even super flavored and carbonated like McDonalds drinks which doesn't usually happen at BKs. All this with only like 2 people working the entire building. They really don't deserve to be doing all that work themselves but they did a great job regardless. And I'm not even high 💯“
“In the car on the way home we realized that unlike the McDonald’s at Madison and County Line Rd., this BK has NEVER screwed up our order. Staff is courteous, service is quick, food is prepared as expected and I don’t have to “pull up to parking spot 9” and wait for 15 minutes to find that my order isn’t even correct.
Suck it, McDonald’s! We’re a BK family from now on!“
“Usually when you go to fast food they treat you like a number and don’t even look at you, Jmia however gave me eye contact and customer service that can compete with a fancy restaurant. Management Alan walked around explaining the menu and making sure everyone on the floor was seen. Coming back guaranteed.“
