“Best Burger King in Indy! They deserve a recognition for amazing food and customer service! The managers there know us by now and they never disappoint! The food is so fresh and I even change my mind sometimes and they are so polite about it! We go out of our way to go here because we refuse to go to the one by the mall on 31 where they treat you terrible and the food is cold. This is worth going a little out of the way! 👏🏻🏆“

“This is really one of the better Burger King that I've been to in quite some time.
The two managers (supervisors) were both very friendly. Especially the one with the short reddish hair. Never been here before, probably won't be back again but kudos to a good job.“

“They ran out of the mushrooms for my burger & actually told me before ordering. That's surprising, especially in this post-COVID world where nobody cares about their jobs.

“This location has been hit-or-miss for many years. I think they have a lot of turn over.
But today I stopped in and was surprised by the service. Despite being very busy, the evening rush hour team did a great job. A wonderful lady named Pam particularly went out of her way to make me feel like a valued customer. I previously avoided this BK before because of bad service in the past. But because Pam was so awesome (despite being crazy busy), I'm going to make a point of giving this location another chance. Thanks, Pam!“

“I stopped at Burger King for a quick bite while running around town. Nothing fancy, just a classic fast-food stop when you’re hungry and don’t want to think too much. I grabbed a Whopper and fries, and it did exactly what it’s supposed to do—hot, filling, and fast. Sometimes simple fast food just hits the spot.“

“I’ve been to this place three or four times for dinner and the customer service has always been so good. I went through the drive-through and my order was taken efficiently and correctly. The seven dollar trio is my favorite so I got that with the chicken, a medium drink and some chicken fries. The small dinner was so good and convenient. I’m going back for more!“

“The server was awesome! She was polite and helpful. I gave a four star rating because it was a ten minute wait for the coffee to finish brewing. I just felt like breakfast at 10 am would be a time when coffee would be ready. Maybe they were short staffed. I will return however.“

“I have a problem with your app. When you're in the location or actually in the parking lot of the burger king that you are wanting to go into. It gives you a different location other than the one that you're at. I paid it on the app, not realizing that it was paying it at another location. I then went to talk to the manager. He called the other location, and then I was able to still get my my food. Which I was very pleased with?Yeah, it didn't recognize the location that I was at.“

“I quit eating BK a long time ago because it was hard to get fresh food, was almost always terrible. But wow I am so glad I stopped here today, best whopper I've had in MANY YEARS!!! The drive thru team member was very polite and sweet as well. Great job guys!!!!“

“Best BK in Indy. Some of the best fast food and service from any drive through restaurant in the last year! I work late nights they're open late, huge plus. Tonight and the previous 3 to 4 times I've stopped in the last 6 months the food has been fresh, delicious, and correct. The service is fast and always friendly. There were maybe 6 cars in front of me in drive thru and I was helped and out of there in less than 5 minutes. Consistency is everything in food service and industry and youre killing it in consistency. I'm sincerely impressed with this Burger King. Great job!“

“Custom sandwich incorrect...ordered a whopper with no pickle or lettuce...but it had 5 pickle slices and NO tomato. Tried to call to speak to manager, but no one picked up...went to voice-mail. I do think they've recently hired a new crew, which is great, but they should be able to read & know the difference between tomato & pickles. Here's hoping this crew gets it right soon.“

“They just remodeled this location and it looks great. But there is no signage for the drive thru. I went for a reward cheeseburger and it was tasty but cold.
Customer Service by the African American young lady good and to the point.“

“This is the best Burger King I have been to. They moved through the orders fast and everything in my order was perfect. Trevion took my order and was very helpful and kind. Also, there was a woman whom I believe is the manager that was very kind and enthusiastic. I wish I would've gotten her name to give her a shout out cuz she definitely deserves it!“

“I come every other morning to get breakfast for my mom , the girl with the glasses so sweet and adorable she greets me every morning and the other teen with the red hair is always nice as well I love this Burger King it’s full with black folks they do have a white boy too and it seem like it’s good vibes an they treat each other like family there … give these kids a break an not a hard time it’s just food don’t go up there causing a problem over food .“

Attention to these aspects would enhance the dining environment and elevate the overall experience for patrons.

“I’ve always enjoyed Burger King, and the food at this location was good as always. However, my recent drive-thru experience was disappointing. The employee taking orders seemed noticeably rude. I understand that working in a fast-paced environment like that can be exhausting, and accidents happen, but what followed felt unprofessional.

When I handed over my card, the worker dropped it — which I understand could have been an accident — but it landed in a puddle on a rainy day. What bothered me wasn’t the drop itself, but the lack of any apology or acknowledgment. Instead, the window was closed immediately, and another employee eventually came to hand me my food.

The food was solid, but the customer service in this instance definitely fell short. I hope the staff receives the support and training they need to improve future interactions.“

“The nice lady in the drive thru window this morning was so pleasant & she absolutely made the start of my day even better! My order was taken promptly and I received hot n fresh, delicious food, napkins and my receipt with a smile. I'll definitely revisit this location in the near future.“
