“Honestly I’ve never been a huge fan of BK but this location is miles above the rest. The customer service is stellar and the food is always fresh and delicious. They get 4 stars on atmosphere however because it’s always about -67 degrees inside. This is the only fast food worth going too in the area. I just started working down the street a few weeks ago and have been here over 5 times already.“

“Love this place! My autistic son loves the familia crew here! They're watched him grow, cheered him on, and celebrated all milestones. When he goes in to order, they are patient ,kind and warm. They even help him thru the process (he's only 7) of learning ♡ forever grateful!!“

“Ok let's start by first saying its been a long time since I received great service at a fast food restaurant. First good review in my life so it means alot . That being said August 22 at 8:00 pm who ever was on staff at that time all need raises . The lady that took my order ,the drive through guy, and the manger where all super happy and friendly and the food was hot , right and quick so the people in the back where on it to. “This location has been hit-or-miss for many years. I think they have a lot of turn over.
But today I stopped in and was surprised by the service. Despite being very busy, the evening rush hour team did a great job. A wonderful lady named Pam particularly went out of her way to make me feel like a valued customer. I previously avoided this BK before because of bad service in the past. But because Pam was so awesome (despite being crazy busy), I'm going to make a point of giving this location another chance. Thanks, Pam!“

“We had a little mess up on Sunday. I called and talked to store manager upon opening the next day. She was the sweetest. Went way out of the way to make sure to correct this. The food was hot and fresh. I'm beyond grateful for Kirsten for making it great!!“

“I’ve been to this place three or four times for dinner and the customer service has always been so good. I went through the drive-through and my order was taken efficiently and correctly. The seven dollar trio is my favorite so I got that with the chicken, a medium drink and some chicken fries. The small dinner was so good and convenient. I’m going back for more!“

“The server was awesome! She was polite and helpful. I gave a four star rating because it was a ten minute wait for the coffee to finish brewing. I just felt like breakfast at 10 am would be a time when coffee would be ready. Maybe they were short staffed. I will return however.“

“Best BK in Indy. Some of the best fast food and service from any drive through restaurant in the last year! I work late nights they're open late, huge plus. Tonight and the previous 3 to 4 times I've stopped in the last 6 months the food has been fresh, delicious, and correct. The service is fast and always friendly. There were maybe 6 cars in front of me in drive thru and I was helped and out of there in less than 5 minutes. Consistency is everything in food service and industry and youre killing it in consistency. I'm sincerely impressed with this Burger King. Great job!“

“You tell somebody you want ketchup at the drive-thru window they tell you to pull around to the other side to wait on your food and then they don't give you your ketchup like you asked them to in the first place. Incompetent and No quality“

Additionally, there were instances of minor spillages on the floor, contributing to a slight compromise in the ambiance. Attention to these aspects would enhance the dining environment and elevate the overall experience for patrons.

Kid-friendliness: Is very serviceable to anyone, with any type of pallet.“

“This is the best Burger King I have been to. They moved through the orders fast and everything in my order was perfect. Trevion took my order and was very helpful and kind. Also, there was a woman whom I believe is the manager that was very kind and enthusiastic. I wish I would've gotten her name to give her a shout out cuz she definitely deserves it!“

“I’ve always enjoyed Burger King, and the food at this location was good as always. However, my recent drive-thru experience was disappointing. The employee taking orders seemed noticeably rude. I understand that working in a fast-paced environment like that can be exhausting, and accidents happen, but what followed felt unprofessional.

When I handed over my card, the worker dropped it — which I understand could have been an accident — but it landed in a puddle on a rainy day. What bothered me wasn’t the drop itself, but the lack of any apology or acknowledgment. Instead, the window was closed immediately, and another employee eventually came to hand me my food.

The food was solid, but the customer service in this instance definitely fell short. I hope the staff receives the support and training they need to improve future interactions.“

“Excellent service this evening! The sandwiches were picture-perfect! and the staff was courteous, quick, and genuinely friendly! There’s a special kind of nostalgia in walking into Burger King when you’re older, it brings back a little piece of simpler days.
