Josh is a good man and a great employee. He gave me the absolute best service tonight. I want to send this man a heartfelt thanks for how kind and professional he was tonight.
This location has been hit-or-miss for many years. I think they have a lot of turn over.
But today I stopped in and was surprised by the service. Despite being very busy, the evening rush hour team did a great job. A wonderful lady named Pam particularly went out of her way to make me feel like a valued customer. I previously avoided this BK before because of bad service in the past.
