“Bathroom was clean, store was clean. The customer service was satisfactory. It seemed as tho the man working the counter would've preferred to be doing anything other than helping us but he wasn't rude about it at least. And the food was impressive. The last few times I had been there, the food was either incorrect or burned yet cold with limp lettuce. Today the food was correct, fresh, well cooked.. much improved over my last visit.
Parking: There was probably a dozen spots in front of the building and slightly more on the side. At least 3 disabled parking spots that I remember. And a dip in the sidewalk for wheel chairs on both sides.
Wheelchair accessibility: As mentioned above, the parking lot was wheelchair accessible. And in the store, there were plenty of spaces for a wheelchair to pull up to a table. The bathroom is disabled friendly too.“
“I really appreciate that the food didn't come out greasy. Kudos to BK for this achievement. My sandwich did not have lettuce on it as expected, but everything else was good.
This location gets extra points for still having a play area.. not for me, but the general public.. I'm too big to play there anymore. The restaurant appeared clean, including the restroom which had warm water.
My only other request, besides remembering the lettuce, is to have fresh sweet and unsweet tea rather than coming from the fountain... That fountain tea tastes like a sad childhood and abandonment.. let's get some fresh tea made with love.“
“As for as BKs go, this one is fine. (Compared to local Chik-fil-A, it falls behind a little bit on food quality, service efficiency, and atmosphere.) The play area is what draws us (4 & 6yo kids) mostly along with coupons for chicken nuggets/fries. I don't know if any BK is 5/5 on all criteria, so let's go solid 4s across the board for a 12/15, very decent BK. I would recommend if you like BK👌
Kid-friendliness: 3-story play set in a separate area is a commendable feature“
“My daughter and I go to this location (spy run) multiple times a week for breakfast and the food is always fresh, not soggy and doesn’t take forever to get, even when you have to pull forward. The staff are always so nice and offer her a crown each time! No one has ever been sassy or rude to us.“
“The service provided by Dan today was second to NONE. He greeted me right away, was friendly, knowledgeable, and even gave me a sample of a new item on the menu!
(Cheesy bacon bites, I highly recommend them!)
The store was clean and well maintained, food service was prompt, the food was hot & fresh, the price was right,
and Dan even brought my food out to me.

“To get some food. I got a Whopper with cheese meal. It was pretty good it was all right. It was kind of dry french fries and a drink. The fries with was pretty good and the drink was good also. The price is average. They took a long time getting the food ready it was a long wait very long wait. The restaurant looks to be clean. The service was me waiting 30 minutes for my food“
“Stopped by for lunch after church on Superbowl Sunday. My husband needed his a way that isn't on the kiosk. Ramon was busy taking care of the drive thru and the counter. He is extremely professional. He said I will be with you in a minute and he was. We asked if my husband could get a certain thing and he quickly had it ordered for us. Every word and every action he did not only for us, but for drive thru, another employee, and the other customer at the counter showed he either has had good leadership training or it is just an innate leader. You don't find that professionalism in too many fast food restaurants. Thank you Ramon. It was a pleasure being there with you leading.“
“Did drive thru, food was hot and fresh, service a little off at the window as they were busy with heads in their phones but once they realized they forgot our drink, they were super apologetic said it was thwir fault and offered a free drink. Just the ownership of admittance was unexpected!“
