“That young lady named Kiaha was so helpful and patient with me because this was my first time going to Burger King and she handled my food and service so kindly and appreciative. That young lady deserves an award on how kind she was and I know she was having a bad day but she never let it affect her mood and environment. The location was on Bluffton Rd Fort Wayne Indiana“
“Very pleasant experience has very much improved from years ago. Had a small wait for food which is perfectly fine since after all it has to be cooked & I enjoy my food served hot. Keep up the awesome way that makes it a pleasant visit. I will be back Thank You !!“
“I never ever go to a fast food restaurants anymore, but twice I have made an exception in the last 2 months to go to this Burger King. Needless to say, I've been wildly impressed with the quality and presentation the food was served with. The service was also exceptional. The young lady at the drive-thru today was very kind. A raise should be given to all who improved this location.“
“Went in for a quick dinner and had a pretty good experience overall. The food came out fresh, especially the Whopper, and everything was made the way I ordered it. The staff was friendly and kept things moving even though there were a few people waiting. The dining area looked clean and well maintained. One small thing is that my fries could've been a little hotter, but they still tasted good. Nothing fancy, just a solid Burger King when you're looking for a fast and reliable meal. I'd come back again.“
“The service provided by Dan today was second to NONE. He greeted me right away, was friendly, knowledgeable, and even gave me a sample of a new item on the menu!
(Cheesy bacon bites, I highly recommend them!)
The store was clean and well maintained, food service was prompt, the food was hot & fresh, the price was right,
and Dan even brought my food out to me.

“I went around 1pm and ordered the dragon ball meal, I mentioned how the one on DuPont didn’t give us the toys and how my boyfriend and I were sad since we grew up watching it. Not only did I get the one with the meal I ordered they gave me one too!! Literally made my day and the ladies working were so sweet☺ thank you again!!“
“The people there were amazing and sweet, they are severely understaffed though there were only a few workers there and they were so backed up and the poor guy was so stressed out starting to make sure everything went out in time. You can tell corporate only cares about the food coming out fast and nothing really else. They need more people on staff because one guy on cook and one guy doing everything isn't the best thing for the stress. Keep up the good work to your workers they deserve a rasie“
“This Burger King on Lima Road was a solid stop.
The location is easy to access, the ordering process was straightforward, and the food came out as expected. For a quick meal on this side of Fort Wayne, it does the job well.
What stood out to me was the convenience. Lima Road is a busy corridor, so having a familiar fast-food option that is easy to get in and out of matters. Whether you are grabbing lunch, dinner, or something quick while running errands, this location is a useful stop.
