“Bathroom was clean, store was clean. The customer service was satisfactory. It seemed as tho the man working the counter would've preferred to be doing anything other than helping us but he wasn't rude about it at least. And the food was impressive. The last few times I had been there, the food was either incorrect or burned yet cold with limp lettuce. Today the food was correct, fresh, well cooked.. much improved over my last visit.
Parking: There was probably a dozen spots in front of the building and slightly more on the side. At least 3 disabled parking spots that I remember. And a dip in the sidewalk for wheel chairs on both sides.
Wheelchair accessibility: As mentioned above, the parking lot was wheelchair accessible. And in the store, there were plenty of spaces for a wheelchair to pull up to a table. The bathroom is disabled friendly too.“
“Went in for a quick dinner and had a pretty good experience overall. The food came out fresh, especially the Whopper, and everything was made the way I ordered it. The staff was friendly and kept things moving even though there were a few people waiting. The dining area looked clean and well maintained. One small thing is that my fries could've been a little hotter, but they still tasted good. Nothing fancy, just a solid Burger King when you're looking for a fast and reliable meal. I'd come back again.“
“I just moved from Warsaw and tried going to McDonald’s and it was closed. I see Burger Ling across the street is open. I am not the biggest fan of Burger King but Jess and Melody shocked me with their customer service. Will be back many times! Happy customer and food was great!

“This is now my most favorite Burger King! The fries were hot and crunchy and the Whopper with cheese was hot and look like it does in the advertisement pictures! I have visited sandwich places who just throw a burger together and when you pick it up everything falls out the back. This is not that store. Kudos to the management and crew!“
“The service provided by Dan today was second to NONE. He greeted me right away, was friendly, knowledgeable, and even gave me a sample of a new item on the menu!
(Cheesy bacon bites, I highly recommend them!)
The store was clean and well maintained, food service was prompt, the food was hot & fresh, the price was right,
and Dan even brought my food out to me.

“The people there were amazing and sweet, they are severely understaffed though there were only a few workers there and they were so backed up and the poor guy was so stressed out starting to make sure everything went out in time. You can tell corporate only cares about the food coming out fast and nothing really else. They need more people on staff because one guy on cook and one guy doing everything isn't the best thing for the stress. Keep up the good work to your workers they deserve a rasie“
“Even tho this location had no customers at all. Greeted within 60 seconds in and was sitting in side with food within 2 mins.
Bathrooms and dining area are very clean. What I would call Grand Opening ready. Never had bad experience at location.“
“This Burger King on Lima Road was a solid stop.
The location is easy to access, the ordering process was straightforward, and the food came out as expected. For a quick meal on this side of Fort Wayne, it does the job well.
What stood out to me was the convenience. Lima Road is a busy corridor, so having a familiar fast-food option that is easy to get in and out of matters. Whether you are grabbing lunch, dinner, or something quick while running errands, this location is a useful stop.
Overall, this was a good visit. The restaurant was convenient, the service was fine, and the food hit the spot for a quick Burger King meal.“

With all the condiments was a great job song grill to friar. Two front counter, it was a great team working efficiently“
