I've been going here lately because their fries have been fresh and hot. That's my deal breaker. If the fries are cold, I won't be back. They've been great! I recommend!
I always wonder why Burger King has so much trouble getting orders out faster.
I’m sure staffing is difficult, turnover may be high. Managers need to be positive, efficient and support their staff and all of this can be challenging.
During my visit drive thru had about 6 cars not moving, so I went inside. No one available to take order so I was told it will be just a minute. Placed order and waited about 17 minutes for 3 meals.

Horrible service. 25 minutes wait times in the drive thru. Cold food. Would have just went somewhere else but paid thru the app. Won't make that mistake again. Would be different had they been super busy but they weren't and when got to the window I've seen molasses move faster in winter than the employees were moving.
