Just went through drive got 2 whooper meal and a kids meal with additional nuggets. When we got home the fries were not fully cooked and the burgers were completely burnt. Disappointed BK disappointment

They didn't have my food ready for my mobile order until I walked up and asked about it and then they pulled it out of the warmer and it was cold.
Drive thru is extremely slow. I have been through it twice now and both times have been 25 minutes or more.

The reason why I'm rating the service and food lower is simply because 9 times out of 10 if I get food delivered from them they do not put any sauces I asked for nor do they give any ketchup even if I order large fries.I ordered large fries and 8 piece nuggets and received no sauce. I wish it was a one off, but it's a consistent pattern/norm at this location.

Tried to come here at 9:15pm to get dinner and they are closed? Google said they updated their hours, a month ago. Doors locked and only kitchen lights on.
Once again, or should I say as usual, the Burger King on McGalliard Avenue in Muncie, Indiana, forgot part of my order. This is an ongoing issue with this location. I've spoken numerous times with management to no avail.

And the prices are outrageousWheelchair accessibility: The doors are small to get through so I'm not really sure if it's wheelchair accessible. With the roundabout going to the register it's hard to get a wheelchair in so I guess the answer is no it's not wheelchair accessible
