“The workers did a great job, but I do not like the automated service. Human interaction is a very important aspect to customer service. By having somebody there to actually talk to makes the experience better. Also I'm worried about the cashier who once held this job that has now been removed. What's next, customers have to start making the food themselves. Obviously, I am being sarcastic when I say about the customer make their own food. But in all seriousness, it seems as though your company cares more about building profits and eliminating employees than it does about the overall satisfaction of your customers. While I was there I witnessed one customer walk out due to a fact that has automated service.“
“This restaurant used to be great after the remodel. But now its just plain gross. The staffers are lazy and the drink area is moldy. I tried to bring it to the attention of the person working there, only to get walked away from and ignored. The pics I shared of the sticky napkins holder and the mold and ketchup in the drink overflow are have been that way over a week and it smells. Unsanitary.“
