Burger King in West Chester

“Would give 10 stars if I could! Went here on a busy Saturday and waited for quite awhile in the drive thru line. When I got to the speaker I was asked to place my large order inside and told they were short unfortunately short staffed. One manager and two crew members worked working at a break neck pace keeping the dining room and drive thru going. The manager Jayla I believe, was taking orders, cashing out, packaging the food and drink orders and delivering them through the window. Literally running every second to get her orders out apologizing and smiling at every single customer. Teresa and Lecilia kept the food coming, quickly and hot… I don’t know how they did it. The best work ethic I’ve seen hands down. This 3 person crew was amazing under the pressure of a busy Saturday and they carried it out flawlessly!“

“Listen, I get it, it's a Burger King, it sort of is what it is right? Not so fast. I'm a big believer that people make all the difference and this crew is phenomenal, and because of this, BK has become my guilty pleasure. Most every Wednesday I stop in and get the Wednesday Whopper Meal. It's fast, convenient and if you've not had a whopper recently, well it's changed ... for the better. That's not the guilty pleasure, again Donna and her crew are to notch, it's the people i go to see. I'm greeted by name (lots of people are), they're super friendly, they're helpful to those who may need a tray carried to a table, they come buy to clean up. The place is always tidy. Donna cares. She has a passion for her guests. This isn't just fast food, she makes you feel at home and she cares. Again, that whole crew does.
If you're passing by, or maybe just need to switch up the routine, stop in, say hello, remember what it was like to be served in a place where maybe you don't expect that anymore.“
