“Let's face it... You are either a fan of Skyline Chili or you're not. I found that out over the last 39 years. Personally I like it and would recommend it however others... My wife for example... Don't care for it. Regardless of your position it comes down to service at this location. This location has been our family's go to for a number of years. Definitely recommended. Great staff and a lot of fun.“

“I am not a fan of Skyline Chili. I'm from a Mentor Ohio 30 miles east of Cleveland by the lake and to me this is not Chili. Chili needs the beans and hold the cinnamon. However..... they have chicken wraps which are delicious. My wife is from Cincinnati and loves Skyline Chili. Not we both can come and have something delicious to eat. Thank you Skyline for your delicious chicken wraps.“

“The food is amazing depending on which location you visit. If you are ordering fries always ask for them to be well done as they will be much more crispy. Definitely try the habanero cheese as it is absolutely the best thing about skyline. The fountain soda is typically refreshing also. My kids love it too.“

“Went there for lunch today. My order was correct and the food was good, even though it took ten minutes for my order to come up. They were very busy, so I'm not too concerned about the time involved. What bothered me was the manager. Her attitude toward the person in the back making the sandwiches was uncalled for. She (loudly) kept berating the guy back there with so many questions- it looked like he was going as quickly as he could but she just kept hammering him, reminding him of the next order, and the next; it seemed like she was the one who was confused, yet she kept accusing him of being behind and mixing up orders. At one point, she even bent over and looked under the shelving to see him and said (loud enough for all to hear), 'When I ask you a question, I expect an answer!!!' She had been firing off so many questions that I don't know how he was expected to keep up with her and still do his job. I appreciate her pushing to get orders out at a busy time, but yelling at employees in front of (probably ten) waiting customers is extremely unprofessional. Have a private meeting and say what needs to said, but don't belittle your employees in front of customers and other employees. From what I saw, the guy was moving quickly, he wasn't wasting time or slacking. I respect him for not saying anything back to her. She was really rude and overbearing. She needs to learn to encourage teamwork and mutual respect. I saw none of that today from her.“

“Great location. The manager noticed his coworker working the front register was busy tending to other duties and told me someone would be right with me. The acknowledgement let's me know that my order will be taken as soon as someone is available, whereas otherwise waiting without such acknowledgement can leave people wondering whether their patronage is important. Order was taken quickly, and served nearly as fast as it was taken. Service was friendly, professional, and fast. The manager while tending to his duties in the dining area asked diners including myself how everything was. I was impressed not only with the service and the food which was as good as any other Wendy's I've had, but also with the perceived level of pride the manager had in his work, which probably is responsible for how efficient this location operates. I don't usually leave reviews on fastfood, but this was an exceptional level of service and I wanted those responsible for the experience to know their efforts are recognized and for others to know this is a great location.“

“This was an awesome McDonald's experience. I had to pull up to wait for my order to be completed. The young man brought me out an ice water while I waited. Then, when he brought my order, the food was hot, fresh and cooked to order. This young man was so sweet and friendly, and the Quater Pounder with cheese was awesome!!!“

“The lady that was working was so kind. She was not only running the front registration but was also making all the food. She apologized for having to do everything. She did it all wonderfully and with a smile. I can not imagine how hard so was working and what a long day it was but he still had a smile for customers.
