“First time ever going to this location. The Dairy Queen staff here was so inviting and polite, and we're happy to help us get our orders taken. The location is super clean, and the giant spoons make great photos for memories later. The treats are so good, and they made sure to turn them upside down to show us...lol Can't wait to visit again

“If you are in Northern Kentucky you must visit this location. They are all things Chick fil A! They also have a dedicated lane for mobile app orders. The staff is always friendly and ready to provide a smile. Food is fresh and it is rare that my order has any issues.
Parking: This parking lot is small towards the front of the store. It can be hard to find a spot close to the front door.“

“Food was good. Our server wasn't bad but felt they were a little over staffed for the time of day. But it was that weird timing of after lunch but before dinner. Loved the little robot. I feel like it expedited service. As the server could send the food and get drinks. Before meeting it at the table with every thing all at once.“

“I was greeted by Renae at the drive thru. The service was exceptional. Food was hot and tasty, prompt service, welcoming environment and with my now regular visit the experience feels personalized. As humans we all make mistakes which had happened on one occasion, I gave 5 stars to the team for handling the situation and making it right. I highly recommend this location.“

“Cleaner than most LJS. Food was OK. I forgot to ask for lightly breaded. But for those that like all the batter and crackles they'd love it. (I don't, I only like the fish) but I will say it was the first time ever a hushpuppie tasted good to me.“

“Friendly staff! Food is always made perfectly, and my order is always correct. Whenever I visit my grandma, I stop at this particular Arby’s, and I’m never disappointed. I can’t say enough about how nice it is to have kind and courteous staff taking care of you. Much appreciated!!!“

“It's on par with the average McDonald's experience. Sometimes there is a longer wait, occasionally food is missing, but it's not an occurrence on every trip. About 80% of the time the order goes perfectly smooth and the food has always tasted hot and fresh.“

“Ultimate Seafood Platter. I goot mac & cheese & broccoli as Amy sides. Was nervous about the Mac though because everyone doesn't have good Mac, but for a fast food restaurant I give theirs a 8/10.“

“If you use the drive thru be prepared to wait. Inside is nice. I visited twice in the past few months. I never had any issues with quality of food. I did notice one disturbing situation. The front counter was a young girl. She took my order. Then went to the dining room to clean. The grown adults in the back were yelling at her multiple times. It was weird honestly. She looked sad. Grown people bullying minors is hella weird.“

“The food here is always hot & fresh! But listen I can't be around no one after eating a couple of those burgers or them onion chips, iykyk. Lol! Still I just love to torture myself from time to time. When that crave hit, you gotta say yes!!!“

“Iisten, Im literally writing this as Im sitting in the drive thru ? They told me my fries will be a minute and any typical fast food restaurant would tell you to 'pull forward', instead, I get offered a free drink while I wait! We LOVE(is an understatement), already but these guys truly know how to keep customer's happy!! Thank you Skyline!!“
