“The time of services matters at most of the area restaurants, keep in mind Cincinnati Greater area closes early, I arrived around 7pm nice time for dinner, meal was delicious and service was kind and mannerable smile as good customer service does. Saw a lady cleaning thoroughly outside and that gave a good impression on how my good was going to be. Tasted great! I trust this locations cooking.

“So I'll hopefully be adjusting this rating again.I won't lie , they must have changed ownership after the pandemic lockdowns.Used to be you could expect 45 minute waits in the drive thru frequently. You NEVER wanted to order online, because if they didn't want to make something they would just say they was out and call corporate for a refund. I live down the Block and they used to regularly hide in the back and turn off lights at 7pm act like they was closed ...and we used to buy lotto tickets if the ice cream machine was workingNone of this is the case anymore. Haven't dealt with any of that in months. I can't yet give more stars ..because if something is on your menu 1. You should have it 2. I get some employees are new and training..but when they ask a manager what for example is the artic orange shake...barr minimum I expect a manager to know. But they don't, and then they tell you despite it being on the menu they can't make it. It wasn't as bad as last year ..when a manager and three employees couldn't tell me what a shamrock shake was while the menu board behind them advertised it...but its not great yet.But they do seem to be making some massive strides towards becoming a great location.“

“As someone who loves and eats Mac and cheese as much as possible this was the perfect place to have dinner at. I got the lobster mac and cheese and I could not stop talking about how good it was. If you are in the area you need to try this place out!!!

“Pam placed my order for my family and was very nice, present with our conversation, kind and polite.
Kathy and the other lady who came in at 11:30a that day, sorry I don’t remember her name, were both very helpful and polite. We had a pleasant conversation and were very nice to my kiddos. She offered them mints and wipes for their fingers. She was very helpful when I was needing something and didn’t want to leave my kids by themselves she offered to get me something.

Today, 8/9/24, Kelly took the initiative to check in on my mobile in store pick up order. She was very nice and polite.

All of these lovely ladies are the reason we come back to this location specifically. We are from Ross, OH. Please be sure these lovely ladies know how appreciated they are.“

“Let's face it... You are either a fan of Skyline Chili or you're not. I found that out over the last 39 years. Personally I like it and would recommend it however others... My wife for example... Don't care for it. Regardless of your position it comes down to service at this location. This location has been our family's go to for a number of years. Definitely recommended. “I love Canes! They are by far the best fast food around. Always fresh and delicious. I don't care for the Cane's sauce and it would be nice to have more items put on the menu but when it comes to chicken and french fries this is the place to be.“

“The food was good as usual. I am not a fan of the new mets, however, as they seem to be smaller than the Hotdogs. I will say that over the years, the skyline has always had good food, but the price is less than to be desired. This is why, unfortunately, we eat chili dogs at home usually as you can usually get 2 to 3 times the amount of food compared to in resturaunt. I was also shocked when our bill came out to be more than what we would spend at a restaurant such as Olive Garden.“

“First time ever at a Raising Cane's and I think it was probably one of the best chicken sandwiches we've ever had. My husband couldn't say enough about the extra Cane's sauce for the fries....he LOVED it !! We will definitely be back !!!“

“It's pretty repetitive how often I say something is the "best ever" but when trying the Chili at Skyline Chili, I can confidentially say that the Coney Chili Dogs and Chili Pasta are the best ever. Though I was confused on how to eat the spaghetti chili, the helpful waitress told me to angle the plate vertically--not horizontally--while you eat. So that's exactly what I did! And the chilli was filling and very tasteful! A splendid experience in Cincinnati that I've waited nearly two years to try!“

“We take our little Niece there every Wednesday after school for her ice cream. She lives getting vanilla ice cream in a cup with rainbow sprinkles, chocolate chips and whip cream. “They were pretty packed. I went thru the drive-thru. The garlic bread was not hot and wasn't done. The fries were not completely done and were soft, and not crisp like they should have been the only thing done was the chicken.
Every single person wants things fast well fast isn't always the best way. So what if it takes 3 more minutes on those fries? I'd rather wait and have my food the way it's supposed to be. Think about it.“

“I am not a fan of Skyline Chili. I'm from a Mentor Ohio 30 miles east of Cleveland by the lake and to me this is not Chili. Chili needs the beans and hold the cinnamon. However..... they have chicken wraps which are delicious. My wife is from Cincinnati and loves Skyline Chili. Not we both can come and have something delicious to eat. Thank you Skyline for your delicious chicken wraps.“

“First time ever going to this location. The Dairy Queen staff here was so inviting and polite, and we're happy to help us get our orders taken. The location is super clean, and the giant spoons make great photos for memories later. The treats are so good, and they made sure to turn them upside down to show us...lol Can't wait to visit again

“A few regular employees who have taken our order over the years go above and beyond to make sure my son's (who has food allergies) food is prepped as requested. The few times there have even been the slightest question of safety or miscommunication in the kitchen, they have remade his food with no problem. The employees are always so kind, friendly and understanding, and this is so appreciated!“

“I usually love this location as it's really close to my home and I've always been given great customer service and great food. But today upon paying, the employee was extremely rude. She seemed to be having a bad day and taking it out on customers. When taking my money she slammed the drive thru window and gave my son and I a horrible look. Then when she handed me the food, she aggressively shoved it and walked away. I understand people have bad days but taking it out on customers isn't the answer.“

“If you are in Northern Kentucky you must visit this location. They are all things Chick fil A! They also have a dedicated lane for mobile app orders. The staff is always friendly and ready to provide a smile. Food is fresh and it is rare that my order has any issues.

Parking: This parking lot is small towards the front of the store. It can be hard to find a spot close to the front door.“

“I’d like to say that my husband and I have gone back to the Skyline drive thru near I275 in Colerain to give them another shot (we love eating Skyline) and they’ve been right on. I’m happy to report that the issues of not getting our order right seems to be fixed. Our food was exactly as we ordered it after getting home. We’ve gone through the drive thru 3 more times and no issues, we even added a dish at the window and they didn’t blink an eye. They added the item with friendly service I’d like to say I believe they fixed the problem! Bravo!! “Any time I'm in this area for lunch this is where I stop time permitting. Only complaint is how high the prices keep going but prices are doing that everywhere. Same burger used to be 4.99 is now 9.99, but it is still the best tasting double cheese made fresh.“

“We came from out of town and were told we had to try the three way. We stopped in at Skyline Chili. Our waitress Emma L. helped us figure out what we should order. Emma was the best! Unfortunately a table of furries seated next to us was so incredibly rude to Emma. They were loud, obnoxious and quite frankly creepy. Emma waited on them like they weren’t garbage humans. “When I'm in town, it's my "cheat place". I'm GF/whole food plant-based for health reasons but when I cheat, I love coming here. The staff is always so nice and sweet and it's a nice environment! “Always a consistent, great experience at any Chick-Fil-A and at this one I experienced the same. I chose to cater a work breakfast with their catering and they completed the order on time and it was done right! My employees LOVED it. Smiles for miles! “I got the 4 Piece Chicken Dinner with cornbread and mac and cheese. Overall it was very good. I got the mild chicken which was very crispy, juicy and all around seasoned well. There is also a spicy option which I will try next time since the regular on its own doesnt have any kick to it. The mac and cheese was a cheddar mac and cheese and wasnt too chunky and tasted very good. The cornbread was also very good as well not too moist or dry and very buttery. Overall a very good fried chicken place for a good price and short wait time. In my opinion it's leagues better than any other fast food fried chicken place in this area.

“Forest time trying a skyline chili. The chili was good. It’s on the sweet side with a hint of cinnamon. They LOAD it full of cheese. We had gotten a chili coney, noodles and cheese, and the chili cheese fries. There wasn’t much of the fries, I would have expected more. Felt a little rushed from the staff even tho there was hardly anyone there. We would go back next time we are in the area, but maybe a different location.“
