“The food here is great. The service can sometimes leave a lot to be desired. It's not that the employees aren't nice. i just seem to have bad luck with other diners when I go here. They always seem to be having problems, and that causes my orders to be delayed. I am not a fan of the kiosks, but i use them when i have to. They really need to be able to print you a receipt there. The email or txt versions are not good enough“

It consistently only takes about 3-5 minutes from the time I enter the drive thru to get my order, It's always accurate since they tell you what's in the bag as you get your order. OLD OUTDATED REVIEW BELOW:
Slowest McDonald's on the planet. Took 27 minutes from the time I entered the drive thru to the time I got my food. It was a burger, drink, and Apple pie! This McDonald's is generally slow. This is just the gold standard for slow. The staff is reasonably friendly and the food is standard quality. They're just unable to serve people in a timely manner.“

“As a co-chair of hospitality for the Ross Intermediate School's PTO we're always looking for ways to include our local businesses when giving back and showing appreciation to the staff at our school. I personally have worked with Sam, the manager, and his team the past several years to provide teachers and present staff with a meal during their in-person conferences. This location is not only a family favorite place as my boys and I do visit often 😄 but this is also a staple of the Ross Community. “A cook overheard my son's order and made his food first. The server placed the cookies where my son couldn't see them while he was still eating. There aren't a lot of places where you can get that kind of personal touch. This is one of our favorite Skyline locations.“

“Had a fairly large order for myself and my family. (What I deem as a large order anyways). I was the third car in drive-thru and waited less than a few seconds to be acknowledged. To pay and receive my order was maybe 7 minutes, if that. And they were a little busy inside as well. Also, for reference, I showed up 30 mins before closing time.“

Food is great. Bit expensive but I'd come here before going to Chipotle now.
Wish they had more topping options but it's a lot of food and very filling because of the rice. I got a bowl with steak and shrimp. Love the 1st customer coupon by purchasing online also.

“I work over at the 513 wash across the street and I come here on my breaks sometimes, been doin that since November. This place has always been really friendly, peaceful, quiet, and the food is so good. I love my usual server, Amy, she's awesome. I walked in today and the cooks already knew my order, not even the Skyline in Delhi has that memorized, so it really added to the experience! This has to be my favorite location I've ever come to and I'm happy to call this my favorite place to go on lunch break and to work right across the street from! <3“

“A few regular employees who have taken our order over the years go above and beyond to make sure my son's (who has food allergies) food is prepped as requested. The few times there have even been the slightest question of safety or miscommunication in the kitchen, they have remade his food with no problem. The employees are always so kind, friendly and understanding, and this is so appreciated!“

“I just wanted to take the time to thank the employees and manager at this Canes location. I apologize for not getting your names! But they were so helpful tonight on 6/13/25 (and every other time we have Canes lol). My child has Celiac disease, and there are very few fast food places she can safely eat. It’s not a 100% safe, but they’ve always accommodated our requests to make it as safe as possible for her to have yummy fries. Tonight we had a snafu where my bread and my child’s fries were put in the same container after requesting they remain separate. I didn’t realize until I got home with the food. I went back and they very kindly remade my whole order and the manager did it himself to ensure everything was correct. I don’t want to be difficult ever, so their care and service was so incredibly appreciated, and the food was delicious. “I had not eaten here in a very long time. Last time I was here it was not a very good experience, so I didn't return. Saturday I was out with my son, and he suggested that we eat here. This Skyline has really changed. Seemed to be better lit inside, the food was good, but the service was outstanding! Our server was Emma W. was amazing. She made it a real pleasure to eat here. Management of Skyline should be made aware of this employee and recognize her for her customer service.“

“A regular fast food experience, the chicken fingers were crispy and crunchy. I am not a huge fan of the Canes sauce. The customer service was good not great, I think this location needs to do more with a Chick-fil-eh right across the street. They are the gold standard for customer service and they have a long ways to get to that type of service and customer experience.“

Orders are freshly made so there is a bit of a wait time but it's definitely worth it. It's a bit hot inside as the kitchen area is open and doesnt have great ventilation“

“Arby's is and has always been one of My favorite places to eat! I absolutely Love their food, but the prices, although they have gotten a bit better throughout the years, are still among the highest-ranking whenever it comes to the fast food restaurants I frequently visit.. Ohhh, speaking of the fast food industry and their restaurants, Arby's is not only one of My faves, it's also one of the only ones I feel comfortable enough to dine in! “went to Swensons on Madison road in Cincinnati ohio. We had been meaning to try this since it open. We were a little disappointed in the serving size of the fries, Double cheese burger, and Fried bologna sandwich. Taste wise it was great. Service was fast and friendly. I'd recommend to anyone but I'd definitely recommend to double your order if you want enough to eat.“
