“The food here is great. The service can sometimes leave a lot to be desired. It's not that the employees aren't nice. i just seem to have bad luck with other diners when I go here. They always seem to be having problems, and that causes my orders to be delayed. I am not a fan of the kiosks, but i use them when i have to. They really need to be able to print you a receipt there. The email or txt versions are not good enough“

It consistently only takes about 3-5 minutes from the time I enter the drive thru to get my order, It's always accurate since they tell you what's in the bag as you get your order. Slowest McDonald's on the planet. Took 27 minutes from the time I entered the drive thru to the time I got my food. It was a burger, drink, and Apple pie! This McDonald's is generally slow. This is just the gold standard for slow. The staff is reasonably friendly and the food is standard quality. They're just unable to serve people in a timely manner.“

“We came for a school fundraising night and it was PACKED. They had a mile long drive thru line too. Somehow the staff all had smiles among the chaos! They operated like a well oiled machine. I'm sure it was a stressful night for them, but they killed it!“

“As a co-chair of hospitality for the Ross Intermediate School's PTO we're always looking for ways to include our local businesses when giving back and showing appreciation to the staff at our school. I personally have worked with Sam, the manager, and his team the past several years to provide teachers and present staff with a meal during their in-person conferences. This location is not only a family favorite place as my boys and I do visit often 😄 but this is also a staple of the Ross Community. HUGE shout out and so much gratitude to Gold Star in Ross, Ohio 10 outta 10 recommend!!! “Having one line for actual drive-through orders and one line for mobile orders in theory seems like a good idea but at this location is not a smart one. There are hardly any mobile orders that go through this line, but the drive-through line is always eight or nine cars long. Everything is taken care of as usual, but saving one line for mobile only is not a great choice. Any other place that has mobile app usage takes care of them in the same line. You just have to specify who you are..“

“We were visiting the Cincinnati area, and wanted to try Skyline, we don't have them at home. The mix of simple ingredients, and unique combinations just work. Our server at this location was excellent. Everyone was friendly and we liked casual atmosphere with table service. The chili is unique and good flavor. If you are from out of town visit Skyline.“

“I work over at the 513 wash across the street and I come here on my breaks sometimes, been doin that since November. This place has always been really friendly, peaceful, quiet, and the food is so good. I love my usual server, Amy, she's awesome. I walked in today and the cooks already knew my order, not even the Skyline in Delhi has that memorized, so it really added to the experience! This has to be my favorite location I've ever come to and I'm happy to call this my favorite place to go on lunch break and to work right across the street from! <3“

“This place is awesome. Never had an order get messed up and portion sizes are generous. Food itself is always great and pricing is fair. Never gone inside but it looks similar in atmosphere to Chipolte. Staff at the pick up window are always quick and friendly. Fully recommend it.“

“A few regular employees who have taken our order over the years go above and beyond to make sure my son's (who has food allergies) food is prepped as requested. The few times there have even been the slightest question of safety or miscommunication in the kitchen, they have remade his food with no problem. But they were so helpful tonight on 6/13/25 (and every other time we have Canes lol). My child has Celiac disease, and there are very few fast food places she can safely eat. It’s not a 100% safe, but they’ve always accommodated our requests to make it as safe as possible for her to have yummy fries. Tonight we had a snafu where my bread and my child’s fries were put in the same container after requesting they remain separate. I didn’t realize until I got home with the food. I went back and they very kindly remade my whole order and the manager did it himself to ensure everything was correct. I don’t want to be difficult ever, so their care and service was so incredibly appreciated, and the food was delicious. “Today my father and I had a late lunch around 3pm. Emma W. was our server and she was awesome. She was attentive and very professional. She made the experience amazing. “A regular fast food experience, the chicken fingers were crispy and crunchy. I am not a huge fan of the Canes sauce. The customer service was good not great, I think this location needs to do more with a Chick-fil-eh right across the street. They are the gold standard for customer service and they have a long ways to get to that type of service and customer experience.“

“One of my favorite things in the world. Always what you expect and always satisfying. On my latest trip to Ohio I was able to squeeze in 4 trips to Skyline in 6 days! They had a limited time special on Mac and Cheese Skyline, I had to try. Will not need to do it again - too heavy and to creamy cheessey that you loose the taste of the chili. I have been ordering the Greek Salad to increase the health benefits of Skyline and it is great. Not too many tomatoes for a Greek salad but also not too many onions.“

“This is a weirdly placed location. Not only is signage missing from one part of the building making me almost think they weren't in business anymore, but they're tucked behind two other buildings.

This ultimately means you just kinda have to... Know this location exists?

Aside from that, food was good, service was fine. Seems the employees forgot about me for a moment despite being a bit slow but the manager promptly offered a drink as an apology.

Truth be told I wasn't even mad, I honestly hadn't been there that long at all. Only 5 minutes or so. I'd say great service though considering they acknowledged it and tried to make it right even though I was perfectly fine.“
