“So I'll hopefully be adjusting this rating again.I won't lie , they must have changed ownership after the pandemic lockdowns.Used to be you could expect 45 minute waits in the drive thru frequently. You NEVER wanted to order online, because if they didn't want to make something they would just say they was out and call corporate for a refund. I live down the Block and they used to regularly hide in the back and turn off lights at 7pm act like they was closed ...and we used to buy lotto tickets if the ice cream machine was workingNone of this is the case anymore. Haven't dealt with any of that in months. I can't yet give more stars ..because if something is on your menu 1. You should have it 2. I get some employees are new and training..but when they ask a manager what for example is the artic orange shake...barr minimum I expect a manager to know. But they don't, and then they tell you despite it being on the menu they can't make it. It wasn't as bad as last year ..when a manager and three employees couldn't tell me what a shamrock shake was while the menu board behind them advertised it...but its not great yet.But they do seem to be making some massive strides towards becoming a great location.“

“Best burgers in town hands down! Love the laid back atmosphere. Prices are very reasonable and the food is great! Also love the simplicity of this restaurant. Not a lot of glam, they just stick to what matters great food and great & friendly staff! Don't know how I didn't know about this place sooner but so glad I do now!

Parking: Best to park in the back.

“My family and I was there today to celebrate my mothers birthday, we ABSOLUTELY loved the food them ribs are to die for, however the memorable part was our server Tonya, I think I’m saying her name right, she was AMAZING I mean she engaged with my mom and son like if she was apart of the Family and THAT took us right away, the only downside was by the time we had received our drinks she was no longer our server which REALLY upset my mother, However the new server was nice she just wasn’t her,,, we LOVE the spot and enjoyed the whole atmosphere and my mother and Family DEFINITELY will be back we just hope that we run into that server Tonya again!!! OUR NEW FAVORITE SPOT!!!“

“The hamburgers were great and fixed to order. The tater tots were yummy, just a bit over salted. Was a little disappointed with the key lime pie shake, didn’t have much key lime flavor to it.“

“Last time we came here we had a gift card for Oakley kitchen, and the man working at the time (April 16th 2024 actually) did sketches and drawings and was super nice, (also the burgers are phenomenal) he figured out how to use the gift card perfectly fine and even rung us up a second time for another order. We came again today and they suddenly can’t take the gift card, it’s a 100 dollar gift card and there’s only four places even open here with fat Al’s being one of the two places we’re interested in. Really dissapointing as it was used perfectly fine the last time TWICE and we drove half an hour to get here specifically for their burgers. The manager was on the phone and said they were one of the last people to switch to using a card (or something like that??) but again it worked last time we came so that doesn’t make any sense :/ our visit today was on 4/30/24.“

“This was my first visit to this location, previously having only been to the original location. I was not disappointed! The 6-way is my meal of choice there and it was as good as ever. My friend ordered a ham and cheese sandwich. The portions are huge and an excellent value. Service was great, everything was clean.“

“Any time I'm in this area for lunch this is where I stop time permitting. Only complaint is how high the prices keep going but prices are doing that everywhere. Same burger used to be 4.99 is now 9.99, but it is still the best tasting double cheese made fresh.“

“Last Fall, we had Ron's Roost cater a family wedding celebration at our home. When we picked up the food, it was tediously prepared and organized for transporting. Their service was outstanding! The portions were abundant! Nobody beats their chicken for a large crowd. Everyone raved about it! And we were able to send lots of food home with our guests. I HIGHLY recommend both their restaurant and this take out catering service. They are reasonably priced, a Westside favorite and owned by a lovely family. Thank you!“

“Holy cow! I am hesitant to post this because if too many people find out about this place then no one could get in. The service was amazing!!! The food was fu$&ing incredible! I had a mid rare burger add bacon, shrooms, and mayo. When the waitress came back around I actually said it was fu$&ing amazing. Incredible onion rings andmozzarella sticks as well. For a party of four with two appetizers and two Red Claws it was $91 with tip. Go here, have a burger! Demand the onion rings!!!“

“Got the "famous" burger, fries, and a drink. Staff are friendly. Food was good. Fries are shoestrings and well seasoned. Drink is a can. Large variety to pick from.

“Food was excellent, well above average "pub food." I had the lobster roll, excellent taste. The cracklin' cabbage was also fresh, crisp and tasty. We were seated outside on the upper patio, there is a lower area where a few people had dogs. Fun place, service was excellent. Definitely recommend if you are looking for a casual place with great food!

Parking: There are a couple of small lots near the restaurant. Might be tight if you are driving a larger SUV or truck.“

“This has become my absolute favorite restaurant. I tried it for the first time when this location opened. The green and clean has become my favorite meal, period. As a vegetarian, it's really hard to find a good tasting veggie burger. This one is AMAZING. Paired with their chipotle ketchup for the fries, and its just chefs kiss. The service is always top notch!! Highly recommend!!
