It consistently only takes about 3-5 minutes from the time I enter the drive thru to get my order, It's always accurate since they tell you what's in the bag as you get your order. Slowest McDonald's on the planet. Took 27 minutes from the time I entered the drive thru to the time I got my food. It was a burger, drink, and Apple pie! This McDonald's is generally slow. This is just the gold standard for slow. The staff is reasonably friendly and the food is standard quality. They're just unable to serve people in a timely manner.“

“The hamburgers were great and fixed to order. The tater tots were yummy, just a bit over salted. Was a little disappointed with the key lime pie shake, didn’t have much key lime flavor to it.“

“went to Swensons on Madison road in Cincinnati ohio. We had been meaning to try this since it open. We were a little disappointed in the serving size of the fries, Double cheese burger, and Fried bologna sandwich. Taste wise it was great. Service was fast and friendly. I'd recommend to anyone but I'd definitely recommend to double your order if you want enough to eat.“

“My family and I was there today to celebrate my mothers birthday, we ABSOLUTELY loved the food them ribs are to die for, however the memorable part was our server Tonya, I think I’m saying her name right, she was AMAZING I mean she engaged with my mom and son like if she was apart of the Family and THAT took us right away, the only downside was by the time we had received our drinks she was no longer our server which REALLY upset my mother, However the new server was nice she just wasn’t her,,, we LOVE the spot and enjoyed the whole atmosphere and my mother and Family DEFINITELY will be back we just hope that we run into that server Tonya again!!! “This was our first visit to this particular location. The food and service were really great - no complaints at all. The dining area is a bit noisy, mostly the volume of the music, but apparently they like it that way. Parking is relatively convenient with only a short walk to the restaurant.“

“Food was great. Service was quick and friendly. I wish Cincinnati had more Greek restaurants. I live in Fairfield and we just don’t have any authentic Greek food. I’m very excited my new office is only 4 minutes down the road. I plan on not packing my lunch as much and taking some time away from work. The staff all seemed very friendly and the servers were very kind to children while I was there. I want to bring my family here but the hours won’t allow it because of work and school.“

“Last time we came here we had a gift card for Oakley kitchen, and the man working at the time (April 16th 2024 actually) did sketches and drawings and was super nice, (also the burgers are phenomenal) he figured out how to use the gift card perfectly fine and even rung us up a second time for another order. We came again today and they suddenly can’t take the gift card, it’s a 100 dollar gift card and there’s only four places even open here with fat Al’s being one of the two places we’re interested in. Really dissapointing as it was used perfectly fine the last time TWICE and we drove half an hour to get here specifically for their burgers. The manager was on the phone and said they were one of the last people to switch to using a card (or something like that??) but again it worked last time we came so that doesn’t make any sense :/ our visit today was on 4/30/24.“

Tried Freddy’s in Fairfield for the first time last weekend and was honestly impressed. I’d heard of Freddy’s before but never actually been, and now I get the hype.

I got the double steakburger combo and my friend tried the patty melt. The steakburger was super flavorful, and I really liked the crispy edges on the patty — kind of like how you’d do it on a flat top at home. Fries were super thin (like, shoestring thin), which I didn’t expect, but they were fresh and really good with their fry sauce.

Big shoutout to Kamya at the front counter — she was super friendly and patient while we looked over the menu (first-timer here!). She made a great recommendation for the custard too — I went with the vanilla and caramel and it was so good.

Service was quick, the place was clean, and the staff seemed genuinely upbeat. It’s still fast food, sure, but it felt like a step up. I’ll definitely be back next time I’m in the area“

“This is the third time I went to the price hill location and the doors were locked. I go to this location and they are always open ready to help me. That’s a win for them and me.“

“The food and service was good. The space you have in the booth seating is very tight. I am not a big person and the space you have between the back of the seats and the table is very uncomfortable. We came in with a group of four and were told to wait by one host, while another group of four came in behind us and the second host seated them without a wait. This might sound a bit petty, the host incident may have been an honest mistake, but the booth size is definitely something you want to pay attention to when dining in.“

“Not sure about the food as I've been waiting well over 10 minutes for it now. Looks like someone came in and picked up a fairly large order while I was waiting, so that may be a factor, but still fairly disappointing turnover time for a burger and fries. Will update on food once it's ready...

Update: Food was good! Burger was great and fries were good as well. I personally liked that the fries were not over seasoned with salt. That ups my review to 4 stars but service could be quicker as I waited around 15 min for the food.“

“This morning I went inside the restaurant and MS PAM made my day! She was the only employee there and made my favorite (loaded salmon and grits!!!) and it was sooooo perfect 👌🏾 I couldn’t help but to do a happy dance when I tasted my food!!!! She made sure I got it exactly to my liking and she was so welcoming and down to earth I felt like I was in there talking to one of my older aunts! “I’ve been looking for a place here in Cincinnati that can make me a Lobster and Crab grilled cheese like I had at the LAX airport a few months back. They were able to add the lobster to a grilled cheese but not the crab meat and it was good just a tad bit salty but I would definitely try again. Really appreciated them making the accommodation. Rest of the food was good except for the Coleslaw, just too different for my taste. Bacon cheeseburger was better than average. Mozzarella sticks were ok. Waitresses was ok, not as conversational as we are use to but serviceable. Price was reasonable for 2 meals, a speciality sandwich, and an appetizer. We agreed to give this establishment a 8 out of 10 overall. Definitely will return.“

“I was at Township Tavern last Wednesday night, July 9. First time I’ve been here. Michelle behind the bar was welcoming and quick with the drinks and taking our orders. The food service team was excellent and the food was just fantastic. Highly recommend the Italian sub and the breakfast burger. Will definitely be back.“

“I've been a fan of Steak n Shake for a long time. I don't have any close to my home, so when I have an opportunity to visit one, it's always a treat.
I haven't been in a Steak n Shake in several years, and I was rather disappointed in the fact that they no longer offer table service, you place your order at a kiosk. There was very little ice available in the soda fountain, and it was really warm in there (it's late July, so it's hot outside!).
The food arrived quickly, and it was as delicious as I remembered. I understand and appreciate the fact that the staff is doing the best they can, so I can't say they were not doing their jobs. I just miss the way it used to be.“

“Same great food and service as you would expect. Diningroom could use a deep clean. Specifically the floors could use attention. The freestyle soda machine needs to be taken apart and cleaned. There were also some flies in the dining area.
