“New management - Do yourself a solid and give it a try!! Stopped in for lunch over the weekend and it was so good we decided on round two tonight for dinner. Ordered the exact same as we had on Saturday - monster burger, reds tavern burger, steak fries, waters.
The food was consistently high quality both meals. Juicy well cooked burgers, modifications were correct (no sauce, onions, etc) and the fries were delish. The service was friendly and accurate, Saturday was a little slow on the drink refills.
Tonight the new GM stopped by our table to chat about our experience. It says a lot to have the manager take time out to get feedback and discuss it.

“Went through the drive thru this evening and the staff was super kind. The gentleman who was at the window gave my daughter a sticker and provided plenty of napkins and was just super nice. Great customer service all around and super refreshing to see these days. The ice cream was great also!“

As we got them seated, a couple of employees appeared at our table and exclaimed “Hey there Mr. Fred!” It had been a while since they had been in and the employees expressed how glad they were to see my in-laws and how they had been worried about them. I’ve never seen such care for their customers at a McDonalds. While we were there, we saw deep cleaning happening while things were slow, as well as heard someone say “We’re all on one team here.” Very refreshing to see in this industry. The franchisee should be proud of the team they have here.“
