“I visited on 5/8/26 and accidentally placed my order for pickup the next day. After I showed my receipt, the staff took care of it immediately and gave me my cookies with no issues. The cookies were great, but the customer service stood out the most. Friendly, understanding, and very helpful.“

“super cute! i absolutely love the peanuts theme here, it’s adorable!
my nephew goes feral for the surf dog and linus launcher, and even as someone who’s terrified of roller coasters, i can accompany him on those w no problems.
great area of kings island for rowdy kids and cowardly adults alike.“
“Went to the Mason location for the first time yesterday. Definitely better than the place with 31 flavors. I had 1/2 scoop of strawberry pretzel pie and 1/2 scoop of salted peanut butter with chocolate flecks in a waffle bowl OMG my favorite ice cream place now! Saw them making the waffle cones, and was thinking…. They should fold them into taco shell form and have ice cream tacos! Will definitely be going back! 5 stars isn’t enough for this place!“
“I recently stopped here to get a milkshake for myself and ice cream for my kids. When I looked at the menu there wasn’t an option for a pineapple shake. When I asked the employee at the window she was more than accommodating and it was honestly the best pineapple shake I have ever had. I am pregnant and the baby wanted a pineapple shake. Very happy customer!!!“

“Went for ice cream this evening. We are new here and loving the drive through desserts. Cole took our order. Service was above and beyond from being served by Cole until we received our ice cream. The pupcup just top it off perfect!“

“I tried the popular mango jasmine tea but realized jasmine wasn't for me. I was hesitant to ask for a change, but Aizi was incredibly sweet and happily swapped it for a Thai milk tea instead! Amazing customer service—Aizi is an absolute sweetheart!“
