“My daughters love this location. They went to get some beverages today and my younger daughter left her purse at this location. (totally her fault) I was freaking out because I could not reach anyone at the store because they were busy. I left a message. The owner reach back out and apologize for not answering because they were busy. She let me know that someone turned in my daughters purse and nothing was missing!! EXCELLENT EXCELLENT customer service. The beverages are always good as well as the service. I definitely recommend.“

“had cincysammys do a huge order for a large company and Covington and they totally delivered on the Cincy Sammys experience we all know and love where I work! grateful they took on the 800 cookie order because my tummy and fellow coworkers tummies were as always quite pleased!! hands down will visit and order again!!“

“I’d never heard of Graeter’s until we were at Kings Island and we wanted ice cream. Turns out, this place offered exactly the kind of ice cream we were looking for. A true ice cream parlor focused on hard serve specialties. Taste was fantastic and prices weren’t out of line from what I’d expect. If we had locations in Michigan, I’d be giving them my business routinely.“

“This was a very nice place to have lunch at. The chicken tenders were delicious and my folks liked their burgers. But I was disappointed in the Andes avalanche custard. They didn’t have any of the mint candy for it. They did offer an alternative but I wasn’t that interested in it.“
