“Our first time there. Driving across Ohio and had to try this famous Cincinnati staple. We sat at the bar. Hard young workers and friendly team. If I were to offer one little tip - the chili should be steaming hot. Ours was ok but not as hot (temperature wise) in my opinion. Very clean store! We’ll be back for sure.“

“Chick-fil-A off Mason Montgomery has unmatched service. I have went to get curbside pick up there twice and the absolute sweetest old man has served me both times! He always makes sure my food is all correct before just leaving & both times he’s noticed i was EXTREMELY pregnant. He was so happy for me and asked me if he could add me to his prayers both times, asking the babies name & my due date… it was the most heart touching thing i’ve ever experienced from a complete stranger especially one whose only job is to bring me food. i look forward to seeing him next time i go. SOMEBODY GIVE THIS MAN A RAISE. He’s out here doing the Lord’s work. HIS NAME WAS STANLEY!“

I felt like she was just throwing the toppings on my pizza and moving quickly so she could get back to/be on her phone with another girl that was behind the counter with her. “I came in on a Friday, with my family of 4. Tony was very helpful and was able to set us with a special, to fit our family budget, as we dined in. While we were waiting for our meal and while we were eating, several customers came in for their pizzas and were extremely rude and nasty with the employees. After about 15 minutes we received our meal and sat down to eat. The Big D inner Box was hot, fresh and accurate. Service was polite and friendly. As guests/customers, we need to be patient and polite to the people handling our food. We should show more grace as a human, to food prep people. “It's a Subway. They have the usual Subway stuff. We had a sleepover, and one of the kids had dietary restrictions requested a sub from Subway. I didn't go there very often and had no idea what I was actually ordering. The guy behind the counter figured out what I was talking about and the evening was a success. Oh I did get some white chocolate chip macadamia nut cookies. Not bad but a little oily for my taste“

“As far as I know, this spot is managed by the same folks who operate the Subway on Arbor Square Drive near Kroger. Both places are fantastic, and they consistently deliver top-notch quality. I have to admit, I frequent both spots for lunch a few times a week, especially when I'm at Walmart grabbing groceries. It's incredibly convenient, and I have full confidence in the freshness and preparation of the food. Keep up the excellent work!“

“I honestly have had quick amazing service at this location. The pizza has been good and the cheese sticks also a hit. Our in laws have noticed that this is a lot better than other chains.

One thing I do want to comment on is the ownership of this franchise. I had one negative experience and they always send a survey after an order and Sara reached out and wanted to make things right. It wasn’t some random email account or number to call. It was her who answered when I was ready to redeem the offer and they gave my family and I free pizza on our next order which tasted amazing as before. This act will be what keeps me coming back because it shows that they care!“
