“Cute place with great customer service. This was our first Skyline Chili experience, and it was great. The Cleveland Browns fan was extremely welcoming. It felt like he went out of his way to make a great first experience. We did Togo cause we were exhausted from King’s Island. Waitress inside seemed really sweet too. Love the esthetic and the train. The “chili” reminds me of Rochester meat hot sauce on garbage plates (from back home), so plan on doing my own Skyline Chili night next time I have family over. So, they can have somewhat of an experience, for many of them will probably never visit Cincinnati area.“

“Our first time there. Driving across Ohio and had to try this famous Cincinnati staple. We sat at the bar. Hard young workers and friendly team. If I were to offer one little tip - the chili should be steaming hot. Ours was ok but not as hot (temperature wise) in my opinion. Very clean store! We’ll be back for sure.“

“Chick-fil-A off Mason Montgomery has unmatched service. I have went to get curbside pick up there twice and the absolute sweetest old man has served me both times! He always makes sure my food is all correct before just leaving & both times he’s noticed i was EXTREMELY pregnant. He was so happy for me and asked me if he could add me to his prayers both times, asking the babies name & my due date… it was the most heart touching thing i’ve ever experienced from a complete stranger especially one whose only job is to bring me food. i look forward to seeing him next time i go. SOMEBODY GIVE THIS MAN A RAISE. He’s out here doing the Lord’s work. HIS NAME WAS STANLEY!“

“Went for ice cream this evening. We are new here and loving the drive through desserts. Cole took our order. Service was above and beyond from being served by Cole until we received our ice cream. The pupcup just top it off perfect!“

“We were at a soccer tournament and needing to order for about 30 people. I called and spoke to Caleb, he was great. He advised to order online but when I had such trouble with the web site, I called back and placed my order over the phone with him. They had my 10 large pizzas ready to go and were super friendly. “The Italian wrap and fries I purchased were very tasty. The store was very clean. There are self pay kiosks as well as the option of an employee handling your check out. There is a large selection of food items and beverages. This WAWA is carry out only. There are no tables or chairs for inside dining. I will patronize them again.“

One of my friends joked around with the waitress and she ended up being one of the nicest and funniest people I've seen at a Skyline. I'm sorry I don't remember her name, but I had a great time. “Any time I go to kings island I get Panda Express. It's always been so good. This time was a little different, each person working the line gave different proportions. For example the lady in front of me got very slim rice and only a few pieces of chicken, I got all rice and bits of chicken and the kids behind me looked like they could feed a family of 6. “It's a Subway. They have the usual Subway stuff. We had a sleepover, and one of the kids had dietary restrictions requested a sub from Subway. I didn't go there very often and had no idea what I was actually ordering. The guy behind the counter figured out what I was talking about and the evening was a success. Oh I did get some white chocolate chip macadamia nut cookies. Not bad but a little oily for my taste“

“Came into Pizza Hut tonight after driving back from the Reds game, right around the time when most places were either closed or closing. Their dining room was open and Mike took care of us. The service he provided for us was exceptional. And the food was hot and fresh.“

“Mason Montgomery Popeyes is one of the best Popeyes. I’m there everyday and they work there butts off they deserve more than what’s being put on the table. I was in line one afternoon and I overheard a DoorDasher tell the employees that should walk out because he’s there everyday witnessing all the chaos. They deal with rude customers everyday. Rich snobby men and women who has no respect whatsoever. It’s insane what this world is coming to. Literally witnessed a man cuss a young man out because he was one of the only employees in the store and they were closing early.... all I’m saying is ease up. Appreciate the nice employees that are willing to come in every single day and server the same customers. Y’all should understand what this world is coming to and y’all wanna worry about POPEYES 😂🤷🏽‍♂️ wow“

“As far as I know, this spot is managed by the same folks who operate the Subway on Arbor Square Drive near Kroger. Both places are fantastic, and they consistently deliver top-notch quality. I have to admit, I frequent both spots for lunch a few times a week, especially when I'm at Walmart grabbing groceries. It's incredibly convenient, and I have full confidence in the freshness and preparation of the food. Keep up the excellent work!“
